    Hi Kristin,

Thanks for checking out Events Calendar Pro!

Buying the license (which is good for one year) entitles you to plugin updates and premium support during that time. Once the license expires, you will no longer be able to update or post in the support forums, but the plugin itself will not be affected. Over time, you may run into compatibility issues if you do not update (as WordPress and your theme/other plugins are updated), but otherwise your plugin and existing recurring events will continue to function just as they did before the license expired.

We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Pro for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hello,

I’m sorry you haven’t been able to import your events! Could you please send me a few of the links you’re trying to import from so that I can test them out on my end? I would also recommend taking a look at the following articles:

Finally, can you please also share your system information with me?

    Thanks!

    Hi Luis,

Since Andras is helping you over in your original thread, I’ll go ahead and close this one out. We’ll see you over there!

    Hi Kelly,

I’m sorry that you aren’t able to update from the Dashboard! We have had a few other users reporting this same issue and are currently looking into it. In the meantime, can you please try updating manually by following these instructions? Let me know if this method works for you!

    Thanks,

    Hi Peter,

I’m sorry you were getting 404 errors after updating! I just took a look at your site, and the events appear to be showing up correctly now. Were you able to get this resolved?

If you were not able to update, I would recommend setting up a testing environment (if you do not have one already – the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing) and trying to install the latest versions again. If you’re still getting the errors, try running through the steps outlined here. If that doesn’t resolve this, the next step would be to try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins. Since this occurred after an update, it is possible that the current versions are not getting along with something else on your site.

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Kate,

You could change the view with a customization. If you’d like to give it a shot, the tribe_venue_upcoming_events function would be a good place to start, or you could also customize the template directly (wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/single-venue.php). Our list of functions may also be helpful. Customizations like this are a bit outside the scope of support that we are able to provide here in the forums, but fix you get stuck with the code, please let me know! I’ll be happy to help point you in the right direction.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hello,

You could tweak the code to remove just one field, or editing the template that I mentioned before  should also remove the field from the event page entirely (instead of just hiding it). This type of customization is a bit outside the scope of support that we are able to provide here in the forums, but if you get stuck with the code, please send me what you have – I’ll be happy to take a look and see what I can recommend!

    Thanks,

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Did you set up tax classes to add these fees to the tickets? If so, can you please send me a screenshot of your settings for the classes? To display the fees separately, try changing the “Display prices during cart and checkout” setting under WooCommerce > Settings > Tax to “Excluding tax” and see if that works for you?

    Thanks,

    Hi Steven,

    Thanks for reaching out!

This could technically be done, but it is a bit outside the scope of support that we are able to offer here in the forums. If you’d like to give it a shot, our themer’s guide has some good info on customizing our plugins. To start, you might want to take a look at the following:

    wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/admin-views/create-organizer-fields.php
    wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/Main.php

We also have a list of recommended developers that you could contact if you would like to have the code done for you.

I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer for you at the moment, but I hope this helps get you started!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Denise,

I’m glad to hear that worked for you and that you’re liking the calendar so far! Pro was showing up as 4.4.15 in your system info, but I just wanted to make sure that you were running the most recent version so that we would be on the same page for any troubleshooting we may have needed to do.

I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to open up a new one!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Emily,

Thanks for checking out our plugins!

With Event Tickets Plus, tickets are essentially WooCommerce simple products, but there is not currently support for making tickets variable products. To create different ticket options, you would need to create separate tickets. However, you could potentially use some third-party plugins for/by WooCommerce to extend ticket functionality.

Regarding attendee data, Event Tickets Plus lets you create custom fields that you can use to collect additional info from attendees.

There is not currently a demo site for the backend, but we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to test out any of our premium extensions! I would also recommend taking a look at the following articles for more details on ticket features and options:

New User Primer: Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus

Settings Overview: Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus

    Managing Your Orders and Attendees

    Moving Tickets

Please let me know if you have any other questions!

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! There is not currently an out of the box way to do this, but you could do it with a customization. If you’d like to give it a shot, our themer’s guide is the place to start! This post also has some good tips that would be helpful with this type of customization. We also have a list of recommended developers that you could contact if you would like to have the code done for you.

If this functionality is something you’d like to see added in the future, please do let us know over in our Feature Ideas Forum! This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts. If you have any other questions, please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! I would recommend taking a look at the additional widgets that come with Events Calendar Pro, which you can display as widgets or by using shortcodes. Pro also comes with three additional views (map, photo, and week), and shortcodes that allow you to display full calendars, in any view, wherever you’d like on your site. We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to test this out, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,
