    Hi Krystyna,

    Unfortunately if you had entered the rules before the update, they are no longer there…the bug that existed previously was not saving these rules when updating the event, so there isn’t a way now to bring them back. I’m sorry for the inconvenience that this caused!

    Are you still seeing the “Once” rules on the edit event page? If not, then you will need to re-enter them. Once you see them there and hit update, you should still see them after the page refreshes. Can you give this a try and let me know if this is what you’re seeing?

    Hi Leonard,

    Thanks for clarifying. Try adding this CSS and see if it gets you what you’re looking for:

    .tribe-events-tickets tr.tribe-tickets-meta-row {
    display: initial;
    }

    We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations like this, but if you need further help, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!

    Hi Karen,

    I’m sorry that didn’t help. If you didn’t try clearing out your browser cache and any site caching that you might be doing on your server or via a plugin (after you changed the settings), then I would recommend giving that a try as well to make sure that you’re seeing the changes reflected on the front end. Your best bet for getting theme styling is to set Default stylesheet used for events templates to “Skeleton Styles” or “Full Styles” and Events template to “Default Page Template”.

    Otherwise, can you let me know specifically what you would like to change and send me a link to your community submission page? Our support for customizations/integrations like this is limited as I mentioned before, but I will be happy to take a look and see what I can recommend!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Leonard,

    I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue…as a first troubleshooting step, can you run through the instructions outlined here to check for any conflicts that might be occurring with your theme or another plugin? If you don’t have a testing site, the free Duplicator or WP Staging plugins can help you get one set up.

    Can you also tell me what you did to set the default to 1 and share your full system info with me?

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Aaron,

    It’s possible that this plugin would work with our tickets, but you would really need to test it out to be sure. We usually recommend the WooCommerce extensions for things like this, such as WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing, but even with those, we cannot guarantee that they will integrate 100% out of the box.

    I wish I could give you a more straightforward answer on this, but if you do want to test it and find that you cannot get it working the way you need, we’ll be happy to give you a full refund within 30 days of purchase 🙂

    Hi Reggie,

    I apologize for the delay here – it looks like the image is not included in the information that Facebook gives us. If you remove the “webcal://” text from the Facebook events URL you imported from (so that the link begins with “www.facebook.com”) and go to that link in your browser, you will get a download of an .ics file. This will show you all of the information that Facebook allows us to access. Unfortunately, anything that does not show up there won’t be accessible to Event Aggregator. What should be included is the event title, start and end dates, organizer, venue, and description, provided that these details are included in the Facebook event. Can you tell me if any of these are missing on your end?

    Hi Aaron,

    Thanks for checking out Event Tickets Plus!

    We do not currently have a trial period, but we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase. You can also see a demo of how the plugin looks on the front end here.

    Tickets are essentially WooCommerce simple products, and you can add them to events, where they will display for users to add to their cart. Once a user purchases tickets, they will receive an email with the tickets and one from WooCommerce confirming their order.

    Please let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out! This is an interesting idea, and I can see how it could be a helpful feature. Unfortunately there is not an out-of-the-box way to schedule an export like this – currently it can only be done manually. If you wanted to schedule an export, you would need to do a customization.

    Customizations like this are outside the scope of support that we are able to provide here in the forums, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know. I’ll be happy to see if I can point you in the right direction!

    Hello,

    I’m sorry that you were running into this issue following the update – the tribe_get_custom_field function was deprecated, but you can use tribe_get_custom_fields, which will grab an array of all of the fields at once. I did a search for the old function through our code just to make sure there weren’t any residual references to the old function, but I wasn’t seeing any – It sounds like you might have had some customizations in place that were using the old function?

    We do our best to keep our documentation up-to-date to reflect changes like this, but for future reference, the best way to stay aware of changes like this is our maintenance release page. For now, I’m glad to hear that you were able to get this resolved! If you run into any other issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hello,

    I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had so much trouble with the widget! There was a known issue with this widget in mobile view (which appears to have not yet been identified or recreated on our end at the time of your last thread), but we just put out a maintenance release yesterday which should have addressed this. Can you try updating to the current versions of The Events Calendar (4.6.24) and Events Calendar Pro (4.4.33), clear out any caching that you might be doing on your server or via a plugin, and try again?

    I apologize for the inconvenience that this was causing and the delay in identifying the source of the issue! Please let me know if this gets things working for you!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Jamie,

    I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you out!

    Can you please send me a copy of the CSV file that you’re trying to import from so that I can do some testing on my end? Is this happening with all CSV files that you try to import from, or just this one?
