    I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you out with this.

    Can you first try clearing out your cache within W3 Total Cache to see if that gets you the updates? You’ll also want to make sure that you have the “Event Update Authority” setting under Events > Settings > Imports set to “Overwrite my event with any changes from the original source.” or “Import events but preserve local changes to event fields.” to allow Event Aggregator to overwrite the events on your site with changes from the source.

    If an event has been deleted from the source, then it will not be deleted from your site. The main reason for this is that with most sources, Event Aggregator doesn’t have a way to “know” that the event was deleted, as this information is typically not included in the info that we get from the source. If an event on the site is missing from a subsequent import, this could be because it falls outside the date range or keyword parameters, for example, where deleting events under these circumstances would not be desired.

    However, you can hide the events from the site, which essentially puts them into a special trash can, preventing them from being reimported in subsequent imports unless they are permanently deleted from the trash.

    If these events have not been deleted from Meetup and clearing out the cache and changing the settings don’t make a difference, then please send me the link that you’re importing from so that I can test it out on my end.

    Please note that per our forum guidelines, it can take 24-48 hours to get a response depending on the current support volume, but we always try to respond sooner when possible!

    Hi Vicki,

    I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.

    Do you have any customizations currently on your site? The “tribe_custom_venue_validation” function is not one of our defaults, but I did find it in this support thread. As this post was from 2016, it’s definitely possible that this is no longer compatible with the current versions. Can you try removing this and see if that gets rid of the error?

    If you were using this to set required fields, then I would recommend taking a look at this (more recent) article, which has some code that you can use to change which of the Community Events fields are required.

    Please let me know if this gets rid of the error (and gets things working the way you need)!

    This appears to be more of a Javascript conflict with calculating the correct spacing on the initial page load. I will run this by one of our developers to see if there is anything that we can recommend.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    There is not an out of the box way to search by ticket number across multiple events, but it sounds like you might be adding these tickets on recurring events, is that correct? If so, then the tickets apply more to the series as a whole – they will not be added to individual dates in the series. This type of functionality is something that we’re working on building out for the future, but unfortunately for now, the only way to add tickets to individual events is to create the events separately or break them from the series.

    Hi Juan,

    Just to make sure I understand correctly, are you wanting to give specific vendors access to create tickets on your site? If so, then you can do this using Event Tickets/Event Tickets Plus by giving them access to the backend of your site. If you would rather they do this from the frontend and not have backend access, then you might look at Community Events and Community Tickets, which will allow users to create events and tickets through a frontend form.

    Hi Mark,

    I’m sorry that you’re running into these issues, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.

    Can you try removing your license key, adding it again, and let me know if you’re still getting that message?

    The “View details” link will only appear if you have additional fields that that user filled out. Clicking it will display the additional fields and the info the user entered for them. You can also see all of the information (including the additional fields) at once by exporting the attendees list.

    Is this information not displaying when you click the link? If so, it could be because the user didn’t fill out the fields when they bought the ticket.

    Are you trying to add this on the single event page or to a different view? I believe the simplest way to do this (for any events view) would be via a template override, which we have some instructions on here in our themer’s guide.

    We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck anywhere or have any questions on the override, please let me know – I’ll be happy to try to point you in the right direction!
