I thought that I needed to purchase the Event Pro as this is where the link seemed to take me when it said on my website that I needed an additional installation but after I purchased and was going to add the activation key I realised I should have purchased the Event Ticket Plus. Can I get a refund so I can purchase the correct licence.

No problem! I went ahead and switched the licenses out for you. You can now download Event Tickets Plus and add your new key. The following articles should be helpful in getting up and running with Event Tickets Plus:
