    Hi Mike,

While there is no specific integration with Visual Composer or other page builders, you should be able to use our shortcodes with VC. I am not too familiar with this plugin, but the best way to determine if it will work the way you need it to is really to test it out. I would recommend installing the free version (The Events Calendar) on a testing site with VC to see how it works with events pages.

We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Events Calendar Pro for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Thanks,

    Hi Cassandra,

Thanks for checking out our plugins!

Event Aggregator will let you import from both Facebook and Google. The license is $89/year, which allows you to use the license on up to 10 domains and schedule up to 100 imports per day (in total). If you need more than this, we have some higher-level licenses available as well. This also includes premium support over on our Help Desk.

If you’d like to read more about some of the settings and features that come with Event Aggregator, I would recommend the following articles:

    Thanks,

    Hello,

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue – can you try removing both plugins via FTP and re-adding the current versions (The Events Calendar 4.6.12 and Events Calendar Pro 4.4.24.1 – you can grab the latest versions from the Downloads page).

Just to be on the extra-safe side, it is always a good idea to do a full database backup before making changes like this.

Please let me know if this works!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Tim,

Thanks for checking out our plugins!

Community Events will let users submit events from the front end of the site. It also lets you select the default status that events are submitted into, giving you the opportunity to review and approve submitted events before they are published on your calendar (if you would like to do so).

We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Community Events for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Logan,

Thanks for checking out our plugins!

You are correct that we do not currently do custom bundles, but if you send us an email to support @ theeventscalendar.com, we might be able to work something out for you if you are interested in purchasing multiple (non-bundled) products at once 🙂

    Thanks,

    Hi Martin,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Events can currently only have 1 shared (global) capacity. Can you please clarify what you mean by Ticket 1 having 4 variations that share the same inventory? I’m not quite sure what you are referring to here…you can add custom fields to tickets, but these do not affect the inventory.

I would also recommend taking a look at the following articles, which provide a good overview of how the ticket settings work and what options are available:

    Hello,

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you get it figured out.

First, can you please clarify what you mean by the “interactive maps” zip? If you are getting the “destination folder already exists. Plugin installation failed.” message for The Events Calendar, then you may need to remove the plugins via FTP and add the current versions (4.6.12 for The Events Calendar and 4.4.24.1 for Events Calendar Pro).

Can you please share your system information with me as well? (If you do not see an “Events” tab in your Dashboard menu, then you will not be able to copy/paste this info as outlined in the instructions.)

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Mike,

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue with Event Aggregator, but I’ll be happy to help you get it resolved.

Can you try removing your license key from your site and deregistering it (instructions here), then adding it back on your site? If you are still not able to select any other options besides CSV after this, then I can go ahead and issue you a new license.

Please let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Florian,

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue…we’ve had some other users reporting the same thing and are looking into this now.

In the meantime, if you are not able to remove (deactivate and delete) the plugins from your Dashboard, you will need to go in via FTP, delete the existing versions, and add in the current versions, which you can pull from the Downloads page.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience this is causing! Please let me know if you have any questions or issues getting the new versions installed while we continue to work on getting this resolved.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Gregory,

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on! List view should start from the current date by default. Are you referring to your main events page, or are you using a shortcode or another page (such as a category page) where this is happening?

First, can you try updating to the current versions of The Events Calendar (4.6.12) and Events Calendar Pro (4.4.24.1) and see if that makes a difference? If you don’t see a prompt to update in the Plugins section of your Dashboard, you can do so manually by following these instructions. Make sure to clear out any your cache within W3 Total Cache after updating to be sure that you are seeing the current version of the page.

If this doesn’t help, the next step would to test for conflicts with your theme and other plugins by running through these steps. If you don’t have a testing site already, the WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.

Please let me know how this goes!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

Thanks for sending the videos! I did find that order for Filter Bar with the order number, and I do see that license key on the order – so I am not sure what happened here. I am checking with the team to see if I can get some more information, so I’ll be back soon with an update. In the meantime, can you check to see if you are able to grab the latest version from the Downloads page? If so, then you can either upload the zip file from Plugins > Add New (after removing the current version), or you can replace the existing version via FTP.

    Hi Tim,

    Thanks for reaching out!

If you set the “Import Limit Type” setting under Events > Settings > Imports to “By number of events” or “Do not limit” (see screenshot), then you can import farther out than three months.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

Thanks for sending those screenshots Kim. Can you try deactivating Events Calendar Pro and see if you are then able to activate (and update) The Events Calendar? If not, then please try removing both plugins and and reinstalling the latest versions (TEC 4.6.12 and Pro 4.4.24.1), which you can grab from the Downloads page (via FTP – instructions on this here – if you are not able to do this through the Dashboard). Then, try activating The Events Calendar first to make sure it’s working before activating Pro.

Please let me know how this goes!
