Thanks for sending that screenshot. I did some more testing on my end, but I still have not been able to recreate this in my local environment. Can you try running through these steps to test for any conflicts with your theme and other plugins? Make sure to enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue.

It looks like this is the only source that you have tried to import from, is that correct? Could you try importing from another source as well to see if you are able to do so? You can set the status for this test import to “draft” and/or set a category so that you can delete these events if they do import.

If you do not want to do this testing on your live site, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.

Please let me know what you find.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Lynnsey,

Thanks for checking out Event Aggregator!

When you set up an import, you can select a category for the events from that import to be set to, and you can also set a default category globally for events from Facebook.

I would recommend taking a look at the following articles, which provide a good overview of how Event Aggregator works and some of the features that it comes with:

Managing Your Scheduled Imports in Event Aggregator

    Event Aggregator Import Settings

How Do Event Aggregator’s Import Limits Work?

Importing Events from a Feed or URL

We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Aggregator for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if I’ve misunderstood what you’re looking for.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Biel,

Thanks for checking out Event Tickets Plus! Currently, either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads is required to sell tickets. Both of these plugins have options for payment platforms:

    WooCommerce Payment Gateways

    Easy Digital Downloads Payment Platforms

If you wanted to bypass this and integrate with a payment platform directly, you would need to do a customization. Our themer’s guide is the place to start if you would like to give this a shot, and we also have a list of recommended developers you could contact if you would like to have the customization done for you.

We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Marty,

Thanks for checking out our plugins!

Currently the only subscription functionality that we have built-in would be via RSS. This article has some more information on how this works. However, users can export events (single events or other calendar views) manually. Events Calendar Pro does come with shortcodes that allow you to display full calendar views filtered by category, so using this method, users could export events of a certain category. Additionally, there are category pages that list all upcoming events.

Pro also comes with the ability to add custom fields that you could use to list out tasks on events. If you wanted to hide some of them, this would require a customization. Our themer’s guide is the place to start if you would like to give this a shot, and this article has a snippet that you can use as a starting point. Please note that while purchasing any of our premium add-ons does include premium support, we are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations.

Email functionality is not a feature of Pro – Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus will send users an email with their tickets when they register for an event, but I’m afraid that this is really the extent of email functionality. However, you might be able to get some custom emails set up with a third-party plugin. I did a quick search and found the Email Subscribers and Newsletters plugin, but you would need to test it out to make sure it will work the way you want it to.

We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Events Calendar Pro or any of our other premium add-ons for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Danny,

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue with Pro – we have had some other users reporting similar issues, and we are currently looking into this. I’ve linked this thread to our internal ticket, so as soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know here.

In the meantime, you can roll back to the previous version of Pro. We have instructions here on this (they are the same for updating and rolling back). I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but thank you for your patience as we work on getting this resolved!

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

No problem! I’m glad that is helping.

Since this has been marked “resolved”, I’ll go ahead and close it out. Feel free to open up a new thread if you have any other questions!

    Hi Jeff,

Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry for the delayed response here – one thing you could try is using the shared capacity feature to set a maximum number of tickets available for the day, then create individual tickets for the time slots and prices with a purchase limit of 1 for each time.

If you would like to have one page where users can select a ticket type (20 mins or 30 mins), then a time and date, this is not currently available with Event Tickets Plus. If this is a feature that you would like to see added in the future, please do let us know over in our Feature Ideas Forum! This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Apryl,

No problem! I would be happy to switch the licenses out for you. I don’t see any purchases associated with this account, so if you can login and submit this request from the account you used to purchase Events Calendar Pro, we can get this taken care of for you!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Mike,

It looks like the colors are coming from your theme styles. You can first try changing the Default stylesheet used for events template setting under Events > Settings > Display. You can also find some options for colors under Appearance > Customize > The Events Calendar.

If that does not make a difference, you may need to add some custom CSS. Try adding this to the Additional CSS area under Appearance > Customize (if you have one) or to the style.css file of your child theme:

    #tribe-events-content .tribe-events-list-event-title a {
    color: initial;
    }

Let me know if this helps!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Jaap,

Using the additional fields, there is not currently a way (out of the box) to add additional fees based on the user’s selections. However, you should be able to use some WooCommerce extensions to allow users to select these additional products and charge them additional fees. These options will not appear on the event page tickets section, but you can use the full WooCommerce product page for tickets, which will display the options just as a traditional WooCommerce product would. Integrating a third-party plugin with the default tickets form would require a customization – our themer’s guide is the place to start if you would like to give this a shot.

We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hello,

I’m sorry that you’re running into this – it’s a known issue, but we are working on getting it resolved. We do have a workaround in the meantime. Following the instructions in our themer’s guide, you can do a template override of the wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/views/tickets-plus/orders-edit-meta.php template. You’ll want to put this code in your copy of the template.

I linked this thread to our internal ticket for this issue, so as soon as we have an update, I’ll let you know here. I’m sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience as we work on getting this resolved! If you have any questions, please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Chris,

Unfortunately we do not currently offer phone support, but if you do decide to go ahead with Event Tickets Plus, you’ll have access to premium support on our Help Desk, where we are happy to help you get up and running with the plugin.

We do not currently do customizations, but we do have a list of recommended developers that you could contact if you wanted to have Event Tickets Plus customized for you.

For now, if you do have any other questions on how it works, I’ll be happy to answer them for you!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer
