KeymasterHi Mike,
Okay, I understand. For that purpose, you will want to look at the /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/single-event.php template.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Eric,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
One way that you can achieve the results that you are looking for is to assign a category to each high school. This way, they will only create events associated with a category, which you can then display via a shortcode with Events Calendar PRO.
You can limit admin capabilities to your users with the addition of a third-party plugin, such as Members, so that they can only access the content that you want them to have access to.
I hope this helps to clarify things for you! Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ivan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing these issues with Event Aggregator.
Would you mind re-attaching the screenshot you were referring to? It doesn’t seem to be attached to your thread. Also please enable the Event Log under Events < Help, and try running your imports again and let me know if anything unusual appears.
Also, can you take a screenshot of your Event Aggregator Status? (located right under the Event Log)
And please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see.
Can you also provide me with the URLs that you are having trouble with importing?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Suzanne,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Erin,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. For now, the best place to post is the WordPress forum, as the premium forums are for paid users. With Events Calendar PRO, you get premium support in a shorter timeframe, with more individualized attention.
If the following month isn’t showing in Month View, I’d recommend running through our testing for conflicts procedure as a first step. If that doesn’t shed light on the issue, try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes. Beyond that, you can get assistance back on the WordPress.org forum.
I hope that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ryan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you how to copy and edit our templates. I can point you in the right direction if you let me know which view you are trying to edit.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

KeymasterHi Madeline,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Event Aggregator, you can choose whether to do a one-time import or a scheduled import. This means that you can choose to import events one time or have your calendar automatically imported on a schedule.
It isn’t really possible to “flag” an event to import on both sites, but when you preview events before importing, you can select which ones you’d like to import. This sounds like it will get you the results that you are looking for.
With a license for 10 sites, it means that 10 sites can have the plugin installed. Here is more information on licenses for multisites:

Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Brandon,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
Out of the box, we do not have this exact functionality available, however we do have a few different options available for displaying recurring events. First, you do have the option to display only the first recurring event instance in list view. You also have the option to allow users to decide whether they want to show all instances of recurring events from the front-end.
In addition, you may be able to edit the templates to make a customization like this possible. Our Themer’s Guide is a great place to start!

January 3, 2018 at 9:08 am in reply to: Adding a booking made by telephone. And skipped pages #1417085Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Susan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
How do I add the people that have booked on the phone to event tickets so that I can see all the attendees in one place etc.
You can add orders by going to WooCommerce < Orders and Add Order from there. You will create an order for a ticket, which is also a WooCommerce product.
Also when people are viewing the courses, it skips to the last page so missing out lots of courses, how can I rectify this please?
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Also how do I get events to show in a grid pattern, so its just pictures and then the title and date of the course underneath?
You can achieve this by using Photo View as your default view. You can switch to Photo View by going to Events Settings < Display and change your Default View to Photo View and Save Changes.
Also the title writing seems quite large how do I reduce that please
Would you mind taking a screenshot of where you are referring to? This way I can get a better sense of how to address this issue.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Roger,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
With the way that you have the tickets set up, there isn’t really a way to separate which tickets will use a coupon code and which won’t. However, one thing you can do is to set up the “free” tickets with an RSVP or set them up as separate tickets with the coupon code, so that there will be a difference between the two.
Also, if you go to WooCommerce < Reports, you can see more detailed information about your sales, including coupon-related information.
Let me know if you need any further clarification!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Wim,
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. It seems that there is a bug in the system here.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this.
I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through.
In the meantime, one workaround that users have found is to create an Additional Field under Events Settings, and add that filter to Filter Bar instead of the Time filter.
Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Sami,
Thanks so much for running through that process. I am wondering if there is a conflict between WooCommerce and your theme, because I have WooCommerce, a default WordPress theme, and our plugins installed on my test site, and I am unable to replicate the issue.
As a next step, can you try updating your WordPress version and see if the issue still exists?
If it does, can you try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.
Let me know how it all goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
