Sales by ticket disregards coupons

    We have an event which we are selling tickets too, but we also are giving away 250 tickets through the use of a coupon code. Currently, when I go view my ticket sales it says

    Total Sales: $1,680.00 (24)
    Completed: $1,260.00 (26)
    Processing: $120.00 (2)
    Pending Payment: $0.00 (0)
    Canceled: $120.00 (2)

    However, 12 of those tickets are “free” tickets that used the coupon code. Is there a way to show which tickets used a coupon code, and the total actual sales vs total sales minus coupons?

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    With the way that you have the tickets set up, there isn’t really a way to separate which tickets will use a coupon code and which won’t. ¬†However, one thing you can do is to set up the “free” tickets with an RSVP or set them up as separate tickets with the coupon code, so that there will be a difference between the two.

    Also, if you go to WooCommerce < Reports, you can see more detailed information about your sales, including coupon-related information.
