KeymasterGreat, glad to hear that things are working!
Visitors can use the Tribe Bar and use the Location Search to filter through events by city. Alternatively, you can set up categories by city and embed calendar views via a shortcode with a certain category, so that only one city would show on that calendar.
Here is more information on our shortcodes, which can show you some of the shortcode possibilities:

Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Cierra,
Okay, I see what you mean. It sounds like you are looking to track your “attendees” to see who is attending your classes. You should be able to achieve this with Event Tickets by viewing your Attendees tab on the backend.
Have a look at our New User Primer to see all that you can do with Event Tickets:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/
Please let me know if you need any further clarification on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterGreat, let me know how that goes!
As far as setting a minimum purchase, you can try a third-party plugin, like this one, in order to set 1 as the default.
I hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Troy,
I’m sorry that you are still experiencing this timezone issue when using the REST API to retrieve your events.
Can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Would you mind also providing me with an updated system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Thanks,

KeymasterHi Humberto,
The word “keyword” can be found on line 961 of the /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/lang/the-events-calendar-es_ES.po file. Make sure that you are looking at The Events Calendar file, and not the Events Calendar PRO file.
I cannot find the word “for” in that file, so you can try the following tutorial in order to change that word accordingly:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Karen,
Just to clarify, with Agenda View disabled, you are still getting the 404 errors, correct?
I think that it is worth it to address the Agenda View issue now, as it may also be causing other issues that you are unable to isolate.
At this point, the options that I see are that you can either change the slugs, as we know that this works to resolve the issue. Or you can try settings things up on a fresh WordPress install in order to get things up and running again.
Let me know your thoughts!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Denise,
I am not sure if the fix will retroactively add images back in to previously imported events. If the issue still occurs after the fix is released, please feel free to open up a new thread so that we can provide you with personal assistance.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Andre,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Would you mind elaborating on what does not work about the Location Search, since the update?
In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jean-Philippe,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can have the system send tickets from any chosen email address by simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
Using a real SMTP server with authentication will bypass the built-in WP mail functionality altogether.
Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
