in reply to: Do you offer bundle pricing? #1609573

    Hi Regina,

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

Currently the only bundles offered are listed here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/bundles/

Unfortunately the bundle that you are describing does not currently exist, so you may need to purchase your plugins a la carte.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Events List widget on homepage footer showing old events #1609510

    Hi David,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first step, please update all Events Calendar related plugins to their most recent versions and then check to see if the issue is still occurring.

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Eventbrite import not showing all events #1609508

    Hi Dominic,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first step, I’d recommend taking a look at what you have set under Import Date Range Limit under Events Settings < Imports.

Increasing that range will allow for more events in the future to be imported.

Let me know if that helps!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Alex,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    • A conflict with another plugin
    • A conflict with your WordPress theme
    • A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    • Make a backup of your database
    • Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: List events by organizer in template #1609504

    Hi Bradley,

You can add events to any page with a shortcode.  Here are the available shortcodes:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/

You can add a venue or organizer attribute to many shortcodes, so that you can display that option.

Let me know if that helps!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

Yes, thanks for providing me with that information.

    Hi John,

Thanks for providing me with that information.

I was able to successfully create and schedule an import with that URL on my test site.

In that case, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.

    Hi John,

I’m not seeing any screenshots attached, would you mind re-attaching?

In addition, can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?

Let me know if you have other questions along the way!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Brandon,

Thanks for providing me with all of that information.

Unfortunately, I could reproduce the same issue on my end. I have logged a bug report for this so it can be addressed in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.

I will set this thread’s status as “Pending fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.

Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: All day events doubling up #1609021

Yup, you will be notified in this thread as soon as a fix for this issue has become available.

Let me know if anything else comes up along the way!

in reply to: Can’t import any events #1609013

    Hi John,

Thanks for providing me with that information.

When you say that you have deleted events, have you done so from your database?  You can try a query like the following in order to do so:

    https://gist.github.com/nefeline/86e5a52401b22dc6ab6129ad869ce892

In addition, can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?

Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual?

Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
