KeymasterHi Florian,
Glad to hear that you found the article that you linked to. That article does contain a list of all available widgets here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/styling-events-widgets/
Also, to load custom styles for the Events Calendar widget, create a stylesheet called widget-calendar.css in the tribe-events/pro/ directory of your theme.
To load custom styles for Events Calendar PRO views and elements, create a stylesheet called tribe-events-pro.css in the tribe-events/pro/ directory of your theme.
You can use our Themer’s Guide as a reference for more details on how to go about doing this.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Melanie,
Great, glad to hear it!
If you set up a Scheduled Import, then they will update automatically at the selected interval.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Shay,
I’m glad to hear that the most recent update resolved your map issue.
And I’m sorry to hear that a new issue has arisen with the update. Unfortunately, I cannot replicate the issue that you are describing.
Would you mind opening up a new thread with this issue, so that we can keep one issue per thread?
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Preethi,
Unfortunately we cannot log in to your site per our Support Policy, but I will do my best to assist you here.
At this point, can you try creating a fresh WordPress install and seeing if the error still occurs when editing a ticket.
Make sure that you are using the most recent versions of our plugins and WooCommerce, as some updates were released recently.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Owen,
The only way to edit that information would be to switch to that user (using a third-party plugin) and edit it as the user from the front-end.
This will only work if the user is logged in and has a WordPress account.
If the user has checked out as a guest, this information an unfortunately not be edited at this time.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Robert,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
Can you update all of your Events Calendar plugins to their most recent version and then test again if this issue occurs?
If it does, the next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Let me know if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Esther,
I’d recommend clearing out the events from the Ignored folder, as well as anywhere else they could be, and try the import again.
Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterAfter reviewing your request this essentially looks like a custom development task and so is outside of our stated scope of support.
With that being said, we’d love to help point you in the right direction.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to attempt the results that you are looking for.
If you’d prefer not to tackle this customization on your own, we may be able to assist you further. We do need to prioritize support requests from other customers at this time but I’ll certainly flag this with the team and – although we can’t make any promises – if we have time and space to come back and help, we’ll be happy to do so. Please let us know if you’d like to go this route so that you can be added to this queue.
In the meantime, if there is any more information you can share (including mocks) that will help us to better understand what you are seeking please do feel free to add them to this ticket.
If you urgently need help with this, however, you may instead wish to consider working with a suitably skilled developer or designer who can offer the additional level of support you require.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterOkay, great, let me know how that goes!

KeymasterHi Brett,
Unfortunately, as far as the current events go, you may need to manually adjust those events, and/or delete the RSVPs and start over there.
Going forward, I’d recommend adding the events separately from the RSVPs and following the CSV examples that we provide in order to prevent this from happening in the future.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

KeymasterThanks for providing me with this information.
That is actually not related to our plugin, as the shortcode comes from The Events Calendar Shortcode PRO version 1.11.1 by Event Calendar Newsletter(https://eventcalendarnewsletter.com/), which is not our plugin.
I’d recommend reaching out to the support team over at that plugin to see if they can assist you there.
Let me know if you have any other questions for us!
Thanks,
Jaime
August 3, 2018 at 3:56 am in reply to: Ticket Iframe not showing upon event page. Customers cannot purchase tickets #1589420Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Maxwell,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
I was able to import that Eventbrite URL successfully onto my test site, with the ticket box appearing as expected.
With your plugins updated to the most recent version, the Legacy Import should no longer be an option, as Eventbrite Tickets has been integrated into the regular Import feature.
You can try deleting the plugin and then re-install using the Manual Updates process:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
