    Hi – I just purchase the Event Aggregator, but the files are not working from outlook.com, ‘no events found’ error. Can you please check? calendar page is not live until i get this working. thank you

    Hi Melanie,

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    Can you check what your Import Date Range Limit is set to, under Events Settings < Imports?

    In addition, can you update all of your Events Calendar plugins related to their most recent version and see if that helps?

    HI – You are correct, it’s set to 24hours by default, fresh new plugin download !

    Will these imports using the ICS files update automatically from office.com/microsoft outlook?

    Hi Melanie,

    Great, glad to hear it!

    If you set up a Scheduled Import, then they will update automatically at the selected interval.
