ParticipantHi Jaime,
You are looking at wrong directory.
Its ‘http://wsmetest2.website/aklnb/’, not ‘http://wsmetest2.website/netball/’
As you can see the last updated error log was on 26th July.

KeymasterHi Preethi,
Unfortunately we cannot log in to your site per our Support Policy, but I will do my best to assist you here.
At this point, can you try creating a fresh WordPress install and seeing if the error still occurs when editing a ticket.
Make sure that you are using the most recent versions of our plugins and WooCommerce, as some updates were released recently.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantHi Jaime,
I have made it even more easy to debug now.
I created a new wordpress site and installed only woocommerece, event tickets and event calendar plugins. In the local server, I am able to successfully edit the ticket. But on the test server, it still gives me 500 error. I tried changing the PHP version, dint help.

KeymasterHi Preethi,
Thank you for providing me with that information. I did try to replicate the issue that you are seeing, and everything still works as expected on my site.
As a next step, if you are willing, can you provide me with a database dump via the third-party plugin Duplicator ?
Let me know if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantJaime,
What do you mean by your site? Is it the same link I shared with you? (http://wsmetest2.website/events/)
Is there any way we can replicate your working version on a shared hosting? We have to go live with this on 10th? Please look into it asap.
Thanks
