Ticket not getting back in stock by canceling order. (make a test purchase, cash on delivery)
When i cancel a purchased ticket and refund via woo and mark it as refunded. After i’ve done this and delete the attendee from attendees list. The ticket wo’nt get back in stock, on my event page it’s stil saying 0 available out of 2. I use the share capacity with other tickets.
Unfortunately tickets do not go back into stock automatically. You do have to manually make some decisions about how tickets and orders should be handled. We do this intentionally so that our users can have flexibility to decide how to handle their stock.
