I tested this out with your site and was able to see the buttons that you are referring to. Would you mind directing me to the page where you are seeing this so that I can take a look?
You may want to clear your cache and history on your phone and test again to see if this still happens.
If it does, can you confirm whether it happens when testing using a default WordPress theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’?

https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-export/ is a great plugin to export event data as a .csv file (for Excel or other spreadsheets). Can you give that a try and see if it works for you?

I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.
You can create a new folder here with those styles:
wp-content/themes/YOUR_THEME/tribe-events/tribe-events.css

Did clearing the cache make any difference?
Unfortunately this feature is not available out of the box, however you can try altering the CSS in order to delay the transition, perhaps using the transition-delay property.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

Can you update The Events Calendar to the most recent version, and then test if this issue still occurs, by deleting the event and import, and then re-importing?
