KeymasterHi Paul,
Can you add your credit card with the updated information as a new payment method and then switch your subscription to that payment method?
Let me know if this helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Amir,
After reviewing your request this essentially looks like a custom development task and so is outside of our stated scope of support.
With that being said, we’d love to help point you in the right direction.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to attempt the results that you are looking for.
You can start off by taking a look at the /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/views/attendee-list.php.
If you’d prefer not to tackle this customization on your own, we <i>may</i> be able to assist you further. We do need to prioritize support requests from other customers at this time but I’ll certainly flag this with the team and – although we can’t make any promises – if we have time and space to come back and help, we’ll be happy to do so. Please let us know if you’d like to go this route so that you can be added to this queue.
In the meantime, if there is any more information you can share (including mocks) that will help us to better understand what you are seeking please do feel free to add them to this ticket.
If you urgently need help with this, however, you may instead wish to consider working with a suitably skilled developer or designer who can offer the additional level of support you require.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Yuval,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Luis,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, please review this article on translations, particularly the section on Recurring Events, to ensure that you have everything correctly in place:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-translations-for-events-using-wpml/
In addition, you may want to read more about Permalinks Best Practices, to ensure that you are following the recommendations that we have:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/permalinks-best-practices/
Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Chris,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first troubleshooting step, can you try updating all of your Events Calendar related plugins and see if that resolves the issue?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Brad,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Can you also try deleting PRO and manually updating?

Let me know if that helps!

KeymasterHi Kerry,
Thanks so much for reaching out again!
I’m sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues with your site.
Unfortunately we cannot log in to your site per our Support Policy, but I will do my best to assist you here.
We also cannot reply to an email address, as this is a forum with thread replies; You just receive emails as notifications that the thread has been updated.
In any event, let’s jump back into the issue. As a first step, can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Diane,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?
Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual? Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

You can add/delete payment methods on your Payment Methods page. From there, you can go to your Subscriptions page and assign a payment method to your subscriptions.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

KeymasterHi David,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Would you mind taking a screenshot of what your order email looks like, so that I can try to replicate things on my end?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!

March 15, 2018 at 11:50 am in reply to: How Do I add Tags to my imported Google Calendar Events? #1480435Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Rory,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately there isn’t really a way to do that with Google Calendar. The only solution for now is to add tags to your events once they are imported to your calendar on your site.
You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

March 15, 2018 at 11:32 am in reply to: Venue Address Importing Incorrectly – Google Calendar #1480402Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Christopher,
This isn’t actually an issue with our plugin, as it is the way that Google Calendar is populating the address, which is then being imported into your site with our plugin.
If you re-create this event in Google Calendar, with manually adding in the address, do you see the same issue?
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kashef,
I’m glad to hear that you were able to at least find the root of the issue.
Since you are within 30 days of purchase, you can receive a full refund for our plugins.
Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime
