    Hi Jeff,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

With Event Tickets Plus, you will have the tickets and RSVP functionality that you are looking for.  With our free The Events Calendar, you can use the CSV import functionality.

You can import RSVP’s via CSV, although you will want to ensure that you have imported the associated events first.

in reply to: Venue Address Importing Incorrectly – Google Calendar #1481055

    Hi Christopher,

I’m not quite sure if this will make a difference, but it looks like the word street is missing from the address, which might cause the inaccuracy.

Can you try amending that and see if it makes a difference in the way that it is imported?

Let me know if that helps!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Steve,

It looks like you do have a valid license to Event Aggregator, which was just (perhaps auto-)renewed a few days ago.

Is this something that you are currently using?

Also, can you update Events Calendar PRO to the most recent version (4.4.24.2) and see if that helps as well?

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Cody,

Thanks for providing me with that information.  Unfortunately there isn’t a way to link these events together to bulk edit them.  You can import one of the events, and then add the additional dates in the Edit Event page as recurring events.  From there, you can edit the other information on that page as well.

For the custom recurrence rule, you can select the exact dates that you want your event to recur, like this:

Would you mind sending an email to [email protected] so that they can further assist you with this issue over there?

in reply to: Event Aggregator not importing Facebook #1481037

    Hi Diane,

Thanks for providing me with that information!

Is this the only Facebook page that is not importing?  It looks like you have many different imports Facebook imports set up and I’m wondering if this is a global issue, or an issue with this one page.

From my end, it appears that the import went through, but it may be blocked by the Event Aggregator server for some reason.

As a next step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    1.    A conflict with another plugin

    2.    A conflict with your WordPress theme

    3.    A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    1.    Make a backup of your database

    2.    Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Event Tickets Plus & WooSubscriptions Conflict #1481035

    Hi Brent,

Can you confirm that this issue still occurs with Event Tickets Plus version 4.7 installed on your site?

We are just doing some further testing and would like to get the full picture here.

    Let us know!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Chris,

Could you please provide us with your complete updated system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

Can you also provide me with some screenshots of what you are seeing on the backend, so that I can do some testing on my end?

In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.

    Hi Rebecca,

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

Event Tickets Plus can certainly handle this load, as long as you also have a server that is well-equipped to handle this type of traffic as well.

    Hi Marc,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Would you mind taking a screenshot of what you see under Events Settings > APIs?  Do you have your plugin license keys correctly entered under Events Settings > Licenses?

    Let me know!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Sergey,

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

You can definitely create multiple events within one day.  You can create this as a recurring event with a custom recurrence rule, or as three separate events.

You can add a “note” in the form of the description field on your events.

Feel free to check out our demo!

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
