KeymasterHi Ashley,
Thanks for your response. Just to confirm, if you create a new test ticket, do you see the same issue?
Can you take a screenshot of the backend of one of your tickets where you are seeing this issue, so that I can try to replicate things on my end?
Also, can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
It looks like we do not have access to the link that you provided. If you’d like to provide a database dump, you can use the Duplicator plugin (or something similar) to provide us with that information.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Chris,
Thanks for providing me with this information. I recreated the scenario that you have described and I am unable to replicate this issue on my end.
Let me know how your testing for conflicts goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jeff,
Yes, that is correct. Unfortunately it doesn’t work the same with recurring events, as recurring events are not currently supported by Event Tickets Plus.
You can also vote on this idea in our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Stuart,
Yes, that is correct. You can also change the end of day cutoff to something past midnight, so that the event will still appear on one day.
I hope this helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
You can do something like this, however you would have to enter each day manually as separate events in order for the titles to appear as Day 1, Day 2, etc.
I would recommend checking out our free The Events Calendar plugin first to see what it’s like and if you’d like the additional features of Events Calendar PRO.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Stuart,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You are correct, 12am is midnight, and 12pm is noon. So an end time of 12am would mean that an event ends at midnight.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Danny,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Dennis,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can revert back to a previous version, which can be found on your Downloads page.
If you’d like to troubleshoot with the current version, I’d recommend starting off by running through our testing for conflicts procedure.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ryan,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Event Aggregator, you can set up a Scheduled Import, so that all of your events (or select events) are exported/imported into your sites. You can have these events imported into a particular category and filter which events get imported as well.
You can learn more about creating scheduled imports using Event Aggregator on our Knowledgebase here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/import-from-feed-or-url/
You can read more about multisite licenses here:

Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime
