ParticipantMy events aggregator stopped importing Facebook events. When I click import a facebook calendar (with recurring imports that used to work) I get

Your import is currently in progress. Don’t worry, you can safely navigate away–the import will continue in the background. Then it says it imported 3 new events, but they are not there.
Your scheduled import was saved and the first import is complete!
3 new events were imported. 8 already-imported events were skipped. 1 new image was imported.
1 new organizer was imported. View your event organizers
The next import is scheduled for March 15, 2018 at 6:20 pm. View your scheduled imports.NOthing has changed, except I have updated
I have the following TEC plugins with their versions installed:

KeymasterHi Diane,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?
Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual? Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantJaime,
The import link is http://facebook.com/naturecoaster/
After setting the Event Log to full debug and trying to download it, I get this message:
The selected log file is empty or has not been generated yet.
which is what was there before.March 16, 2018 at 4:29 am #1481037Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Diane,
Thanks for providing me with that information!
Is this the only Facebook page that is not importing? It looks like you have many different imports Facebook imports set up and I’m wondering if this is a global issue, or an issue with this one page.
From my end, it appears that the import went through, but it may be blocked by the Event Aggregator server for some reason.
As a next step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
