We’ve bee long time subscribers to ECP and have a site or 2 in your gallery section.
I need to update my Credit Card info with a new expiration date and CVV #.
I can’t edit the account on this site AND I can’t delete the card to update it.
All kinda lame.Please advise on how to resolve this.
Assistance appreciated.

Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can add/delete payment methods on your Payment Methods page. From there, you can go to your Subscriptions page and assign a payment method to your subscriptions.

Unfortunately, you are not understanding the issue.I want to continue to use the VISA card number on record.
BUT, Need to update my Credit Card info with new expiration date and security code.I cannot do this in your system and I CANNOT delete the card to add it again with correct info.
Please advise on how to resolve.

KeymasterHi Paul,
Can you add your credit card with the updated information as a new payment method and then switch your subscription to that payment method?
