Hi, I have made a test event on the link provided. I added some custom fieldset so that certain information can be gathered. There are two issues I can see here:

    1. If I select one ticket, it doesnt accept the information to add to the cart
    2. If I select two tickets, it doesnt show attendee 2 until you select 3. Reducing back to 1 attendee shows 0 attendees.

All I need the customer to do is to be able to know the names and ages of the children attending the events if they are under 16. I know conditional logic is not supported so no issues there anyway. But the information of each attendee is required. One customer could book in several children to an event.

Look forward to your response. I couldn\\’t find anything is the forums for this. Thanks

    Hi Kashef,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    1.    A conflict with another plugin

    2.    A conflict with your WordPress theme

    3.    A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    1.    Make a backup of your database

    2.    Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Jaime,

Many thanks for your email. So with regards to your email, I have done the following:

    1. Plugins – there are no other plugins apart from Events Calendar, Events Ticket, Events Ticket Plus, Woocommerce
    2. Backed up website and switched to Twenty Seventeen – this does seem to have resolved the problem.

So in this case I will try and work with the theme to see what it is that could be the cause. But since I am not that technical, I wanted to ask that if I cannot get it working with the Enfold theme, would I be eligible for a refund and license revoke?

    Hi Kashef,

I’m glad to hear that you were able to at least find the root of the issue.

Since you are within 30 days of purchase, you can receive a full refund for our plugins.

Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions on this topic!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
