By default, individual attendee names are not collected when you sell tickets with WooCommerce.
I suspect in your case you have defined additional attendee meta fields to collect that information, which is great, but of course those fields could contain almost anything (some event organizers may use them to collect food allergy information for instance) and it’s not readily possible for us to know which fields should be included in the ticket emails.
It’s certainly possible to add it via a customization, though, or indeed you could try this handy optional extension:
