    Hi Jordan.

Thanks for your interest in our products.

Event Tickets Plus is our paid add-on plugin that upgrades the functionality of our free Event Tickets plugin.

Event Tickets Plus enables you to sell tickets via one of our supported eCommerce platforms. The free plugin only enables free RSVP-type tickets.

You can view our roundup/comparison of all the eCommerce plugins ET+ supports.

Our plugin uses your eCommerce plugin of choice, but your eCommerce plugin isn’t displayed for shopping pages. Please reference our Making Tickets KB article (screenshots are from an install using WooCommerce) for an idea how to create tickets for an event.

Site visitors would purchase tickets from each event’s single page/view (e.g. example.com/events/rogers-day-at-the-zoo/) — if there is an RSVP to submit or ticket to purchase.

The order confirmation email will include a QR code that can be scanned to “check in” someone at the door at the time of the event. You can read more at Tickets: Managing your orders and attendees.

I understand you’re interested in collecting attendee details. I’m not totally understanding your use case example so hopefully some of this information helps you:

The Attendees report is accessible per each event’s wp-admin screen and can export data to CSV. This plugin creates a new screen to make it easier to list all events with attendees. However, there is no attendee metadata available from each WooCommerce product page in wp-admin.

    I hope this info helps.

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

    Hi Sean.

We don’t have any integration specific to Eventful, but if you can find an iCal feed/URL from them, then our Event Aggregator should probably be able to import it just fine.

Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this. It definitely sounds odd.

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

    Hi again, Reinhard.

I’d suggest creating a brand new Venue and make sure the “Show Google Map” box is checked.

Then, check your database to see if that Venue’s postmeta has “_EventShowMapLink” set to 1 or true.

    Hi Reinhard.

We don’t provide styling support for non-default WordPress themes (like TwentyFourteen, TwentyFifteen, TwentySixteen, etc.), per our Scope of Support / Terms, but I can tell you the Venue archive page that you linked uses this template: /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/single-venue.php

    I hope it helps.

Hi John. Thanks for your question about https://www.hellosign.com/eventbrite

I don’t know of any other of our customers using this, but my best guess is that it would work because Eventbrite handles the ticket checkout process.

Our Eventbrite Tickets add-on for The Events Calendar basically just displays the Eventbrite tickets via their API.

Since it sounds like HelloSign gets sent the notification when a ticket is purchased via Eventbrite, I’d guess it’ll still work for you.

We have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Hi. Thanks for the export file.

What type of ticket did you add your “Phone” field to?

I do not know why those Billing fields are included in your export; they’re not included in my local testing site’s export for an event with RSVP, Woo, and EDD ticket types.

I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:

Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins and WooCommerce core) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

Then, please re-share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

    I’m glad that helped you.

The datepicker used in Community Events comes from /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/vendor/bootstrap-datepicker

Feel free to share any customizations you come up with if you think it’ll help others.

If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

    Great job!

I tried the same region: ‘uk’ but forgot define( ‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true ); — doh! 😉

I extended your PRO license from 2017-09-24 to 2017-12-31 and submitted the code suggestions to our internal bug ticket.

I’d suggest just hard-coding region: ‘uk’ in the core file until we get a fix released for this (don’t forget the minified file if you want to use it on your production site)

Another idea instead of having a user-input for a preferred region could be to detect the most-used country amongst all the Venues (possibly only of upcoming events).

Again, good work, thanks for your efforts, and hopefully we’ll get this implemented in a reasonable time!

in reply to: List of arguments for tribe_get_events #1180792

Greg, you can see the function’s actual source code at https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/4.3.1.1/src/functions/template-tags/general.php#L183-L219

Granted, that’s for Core and not for PRO.

Looking through PRO, I found these used in tribe_get_events():

    • tribeHideRecurrence
    • tribe_render_context

However, I didn’t find anywhere these 2 (and possibly others) exist in a definitive list of all possible arguments added by PRO.

I hope this helps answer your question.

Could you please send me a screenshot of the wp-admin screen of http://prstats2.uk.w3pcloud.com/course/network-analysis-ecologists-ntwa01/

Is there a Venue already assigned to it? If not, please send me a screenshot of the Venue you are trying to assign to it.

If you can, a screen capture video might be helpful here too.
