ParticipantWe are trying to export our attendee list from an event to do follow up phone calls. We navigate to the attendees list from within the event settings, select all in the list, and then click the Export button.
We get almost all of the information exported, except for one additional field we added to our ticket, “phone number”. Our other additional fields are there in the exported data, First Name, Last Name Home Parish. Just not the phone.
Maybe related issue: We also have the WooComerce CRM plugin installed, and when viewing the customer information onscreen, the phone number is visible. But when I export our customer list to CSV, the “Billing Phone” column has the state information. For example, instead of a phone number, it says NC. As if the fields are mixed up with the column labels. Except there is no phone number in any other column of the data. (I’ve attached a sample export CSV file)
All customer contact information was collected during ticket sales through Event Tickets Plus. Is this a bug?

What type of ticket did you add your “Phone” field to?
I do not know why those Billing fields are included in your export; they’re not included in my local testing site’s export for an event with RSVP, Woo, and EDD ticket types.
I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins and WooCommerce core) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please re-share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
