Hello, I like the concept of this system and I think it’s pretty straight forward however I see a problem that may force me to look elsewhere.

We run a first aid school and this system seems like it might work for us but sometimes we have companies that send their workers for training at our school so I wonder if it’s possible to bill the company and have the attendees details(workers) on the ticket from the back end of the dashboard we use the woo commerce orders window to open the customer account and then we find the ticket from the add a product button.

even if we could have the 4 questions from the ticket preset pop-up (Students First Name, Last Name, Email, And Phone Number) from the back end

    please let me know

    Hi Jordan.

Thanks for your interest in our products.

Event Tickets Plus is our paid add-on plugin that upgrades the functionality of our free Event Tickets plugin.

Event Tickets Plus enables you to sell tickets via one of our supported eCommerce platforms. The free plugin only enables free RSVP-type tickets.

You can view our roundup/comparison of all the eCommerce plugins ET+ supports.

Our plugin uses your eCommerce plugin of choice, but your eCommerce plugin isn’t displayed for shopping pages. Please reference our Making Tickets KB article (screenshots are from an install using WooCommerce) for an idea how to create tickets for an event.

Site visitors would purchase tickets from each event’s single page/view (e.g. example.com/events/rogers-day-at-the-zoo/) — if there is an RSVP to submit or ticket to purchase.

The order confirmation email will include a QR code that can be scanned to “check in” someone at the door at the time of the event. You can read more at Tickets: Managing your orders and attendees.

I understand you’re interested in collecting attendee details. I’m not totally understanding your use case example so hopefully some of this information helps you:

The Attendees report is accessible per each event’s wp-admin screen and can export data to CSV. This plugin creates a new screen to make it easier to list all events with attendees. However, there is no attendee metadata available from each WooCommerce product page in wp-admin.

    I hope this info helps.

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
    The Events Calendar Support Team
