Mario, if you’re still subscribed to this thread, please download a fresh copy of Version 1.0.2 from https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/add-event-and-attendee-information-to-woocommerce-order-details/ and see if it resolves your issue(s).
If it does not, please create a new ticket via https://support.theeventscalendar.com/
Thank you.
January 4, 2019 at 2:03 pm in reply to: Add Event and Attendee Information to WooCommerce Order Details 1.0.1: email bug #1685006CliffMemberWhoops, my apologies for misunderstanding the full details of this issue… We’re working on a fix and I think we’ve got this issue sorted out. We’ll update you here once it’s released (likely this month).
January 4, 2019 at 12:36 pm in reply to: Add Event and Attendee Information to WooCommerce Order Details 1.0.1: email bug #1684969CliffMemberMario,
Thanks for your patience with this issue.
I tested with the latest versions of our plugins and didn’t experience the CSS file being converted to a string, as in your screenshot.
Here’s what I experienced with a regular WooCommerce product and a ticket product in the order at the same time: https://cl.ly/d5307530fb45
Please test again and, if you’re still having this issue, please create a new ticket in our new Help Desk at https://support.theeventscalendar.com/ and link back to this ticket.
Thank you.
November 12, 2018 at 3:14 pm in reply to: Please verify your API key is correctly entered on the settings #1658203CliffMemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
As Andras previously replied to you, we have moved all our support to https://support.theeventscalendar.com
Please create a new ticket there. You can link to https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/please-verify-your-api-key-is-correctly-entered-on-the-settings-page/ if you’d like.
Thank you.
October 25, 2018 at 2:58 pm in reply to: I would like to add Time and Venue to Event Title in Calendar View #1649002CliffMemberHi, Toni.
Sorry for the delayed response here.
As stated before, we don’t provide custom coding support… but sometimes we do try to go above-and-beyond (especially if it might help other users, too), like we’ve done for you here. When we do, it’s not guaranteed bug-free or for bugs to be fixed in a timely manner. All this is why we recommend getting a custom coder to step in if that might be the best way forward for your needs:
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your own developer or reference our Customizations Documentation, which includes a link to Hire A Freelancer.
All that out of the way… we confirmed on October 5 that you created a thread in our new Help Desk system, so I’m sure Patricia’s handling your customization request there… as such – so we’re not working the same issue in two places – I’m going to Close this ticket so we can be sure to only continue on our new support system, which will ensure we don’t have a gap of time in communication, as we did here (sorry again).
We appreciate your business and are trying our best to go above-and-beyond for you when we can, but it’s a very busy time right now with the transition to our new support system. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
CliffMemberGood news. Thanks for confirming.
CliffMemberHi, Paul.
This is what I see on my own localhost (my Event Post ID is 154) using the latest releases of each plugin:
- ET v4.8.2.1
- ET+ v4.8.2
- TEC v4.6.24.1
- PRO v4.4.33
<link rel="https://theeventscalendar.com/" href="http://tribe.local/wp-json/tribe/tickets/v1/" />
<link rel="https://theeventscalendar.com/" href="http://tribe.local/wp-json/tribe/events/v1/events/154" />
Neither is a 404 for me.
Could you please confirm if this issue is resolved for you?
CliffMemberThanks for checking in.
Please note that threads get Closed automatically after a couple weeks of inactivity. If it does get Closed, please open a new thread, adding your current problem description and also linking back to this thread.
Thank you!
CliffMemberHi, Leonard. Sorry the Edit link didn’t work.
So for tribe_featured_venue, are you wanting the venue’s featured image once on the page or are you wanting the featured image of each event displayed from that shortcode?
Either way, you could override the template file: /wp-content/plugins/events-pro/src/views/pro/widgets/venue-widget.php
You could use one of the action hooks in that file, or you could alter any part of the file’s output by following our Themer’s Guide (our “how-to” walk-through video may prove helpful).
Please let me know how this goes for you.
CliffMemberHi again, Peter. The bug this ticket was attached to has been released.
Please update to the latest versions of all our plugins and see if this issue is still happening for you.
Thank you.
CliffMemberHi, Leonard. I visited that page and saw a console message linking to https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#no-api-keys
(If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)Please go to wp-admin > Events > Settings > APIs tab > and enter your Google Maps API Key (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/)
Please let me know how this goes for you.
CliffMemberGlad to hear and thanks for letting us know.
CliffMemberYou bet! Glad to hear and thanks for letting us know.
CliffMemberYou’ll need to customize the one-liner code I shared, as “your_function_name_here” isn’t a real function… but this may help: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/implementing-custom-code-snippets/
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your own developer or reference our Customizations Documentation, which includes a link to Hire A Freelancer.
Please let me know how this goes for you.
CliffMemberThanks for the update. Have a great week.
