MemberHi Chris!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you troubleshoot that issue.
I could not reproduce this issue in my own local installation
This can be related to a theme or plugin conflict, so to narrow the problem down please go through the steps provided in the testing for conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you find in the process.
I do notice you are using the Yoast SEO plugin, which we had a few conflicts in the past between this and our Advance Post Manager plugin. So, I’d suggest you first start by deactivating Yoast and see if any difference.
If no difference, then proceed with the testing for conflicts steps.
Let us know how that goes.
Thanks,

MemberHi Ellen!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you with that.
To make use of that snippet you will need to copy and paste it into your active theme’s functions.php file.
You can also use a third party plugin like this one > https://wordpress.org/plugins/my-custom-functions/ that adds the ability to paste the snippet directly in the wp-admin backend.
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions and I’ll be happy to help 🙂

MemberHi Tim!
I’m sorry you have been impacted by this issue as well. We’ve been working on the EA server side of things today and made some changes that should have fixed the problem.
Could you please try importing from Facebook and see if the images comes through?
Thanks,

MemberHi Steve!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
That seems a strange issue you are having. Let me try to help you with it.
Does the issue happen when editing an existing event or also when creating a new event from scratch?
Could you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try reproducing the issue a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.
I can see you are using an older version of WordPress 4.8.4. While I’m not sure about it, it could be worth trying to update, so please try updating WordPress to the latest version and see if any difference.
If there’s no difference, then you I’d recommend you go through our testing for conflicts guide to see if we can narrow down the problem to a theme or plugin conflict > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

MemberHi Sean!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with that issue.
If you are using WooCommerce, you should make sure that you have enabled the option to Enable the Stock Management by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Products tab > Inventory
Additionally, the stock management should be enabled at product level, which you can verify by editing the ticket product in WooCommerce, under Inventory tab.
I hope that helps. Let me know how it goes.

MemberHi Stefanie!
Thanks for getting in touch with us and for your interest in our plugins.
Unfortunately, at this time, Event Tickets Plus will NOT support tickets for recurring events.
However, we are planning on building this functionality into our plugins. I encourage you to add your vote here > https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3685663-recurring-event-support-for-wootickets
I have also attached this thread to the corresponding feature request report so we will keep you posted for news and updates on this functionality.
Let me know if you have any follow questions and I’ll be happy to help.

MemberHi Simon!
Thanks for clearing that out.
I could find the ticket in your site and I’m mostly sure that is a theme conflict.
To confirm this, could you please switch to a default theme, like twenty seventeen, and see if it works correctly?
If so, then I’d suggest you get in touch with the theme authors to see if they can help with this.
Please let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

MemberI’m so sorry to hear this issue is affecting you both that much. I truly understand your frustration with it.
I have checked the bug report and I can tell that a fix has already been made by one of our developers, but as with any other fix it still has to go under code review, QA and several other stages before being released.
This is of high priority and it’s been 12 days since the bug report was created but with the holidays behind us it might take us a few more days than usual to ship the fix.
Rest assured we do take all our issues seriously and every change in our plugin files goes through extensive tests before being shipped. But as there are so many variables involved, there is always the possibility of something not working. This is why we always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out and make all plugins, theme and WordPress core updates without disrupting the live site.
As a reference, let me share with you a couple of articles about our release process and how we deal with the bug priorities > https://theeventscalendar.com/release-schedule/ https://theeventscalendar.com/the-importance-of-user-feedback/
We will let you know as soon as the fix is shipped.

MemberHi Jean-Philippe!
I’m sorry you are experiencing that issue. Let me help you with the troubleshooting.
First, please make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins.
After that, please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Also, could you please share with us a screenshot (in a private reply if you’d like) of the edit event page while editing the existing ticket? We’ll try to reproduce the issue on our end and see if we can reproduce.
Thanks,

MemberHi Thomas!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m sorry you are experiencing this issue as well. We unfortunately are aware of this problem with Facebook images not importing.
The good news is that we are already working on it and we are aiming to ship a fix for it in our next week’s maintenance release of our plugins.
I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and link it to the bug report. We will let you know as soon as a fix is released.
We apologise for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience.
Best,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Paulo!
Thanks for clearing that out.
Could you please share with us a copy of your theme in a private reply? We’ll run some tests with it to see and see if we can find the source of the conflict.
Thanks,
