MemberHi Rik!
I’m sorry that is still not working.
Just to confirm, were you able to find any console errors?
Also, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try reproducing the issue a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.
Please let me know about that.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Christophe!
That’s indeed strange. I’m mostly sure that is a conflict with your theme, or perhaps with another plugin.
I know you have tried the following:
- Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
- Switched to a default theme? Yes
Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
If you find a conflict with your theme, then please send us a copy of it in a private reply and we’ll run some tests with it to see if we can spot the problem.
Additionally, please share with us your system information.
Thanks,

MemberHi Lee!
Just wanted to let you know that we’ve been updating our plugins to be PHP 7.1 ready and we think this issue is no longer present in our latest versions of our plugins.
Please update to the latest versions and let us know if it works with no errors for you.
Thanks,

MemberHola!
Saludos!

MemberHi Stefan!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.
The Registrations for the events calendar plugin you mention is not one of our plugins.
If you need to collect RSVP’s for your events you might want to check our free Event Tickets plugin > https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets/
If you are a non profit organization, you can apply for our Nonprofit Partnership Program > https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp/
I hope that helps. Let me know if you have additional questions.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept login credentials as state in our terms > http://theeventscalendar.com/terms. However, let me help you troubleshoot this issue.
First, could you please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
This can be related to a theme or plugin conflict, so to narrow the problem down please go through the steps provided in the testing for conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you find in the process.

Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you with this topic.
You can use the tribe_events shortcode to display a specific view using the view attribute like the following:
[tribe_events view="photo"]Let me point you to the following article that explains this further > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHi There!
Thanks for taking your time to report this.
Unfortunately, we are aware of that issue with the Google Maps API returning an error when trying to fetch the venue coordinates.
I will set this thread’s status to pending fix and link it to the bug report. We will notify you once a fix is shipped in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.
The good news is that we’ve already found a fix for this and we are planning on shipping it next week.
We apologise for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.

MemberHi Janice!
Thanks for getting in touch with us. Let me help you with this topic.
Could you please try going to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory and make sure that the Stock Management is enabled? Does it work as expected after that?
If it doesn’t, please go to the edit event page for that specific event and in the ticket editor, click the “settings” button. Please share a screenshot of the ticket settings so we can have as reference.
Additionally, please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.

MemberHi Mary!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.
I believe you can achieve what you are looking for by customizing the single event template. We have a great article that will get you started on how to customize our templates you should know about > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
We are fairly limited in how much support we can give for custom development questions. But, we always like helping out and at least point users into the right direction as much possible.
So let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHi Aurélien!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m not sure I understand what you mean by “your plugin is not able to add tickets with WooCommerce Products”.
Our Event Tickets Plus plugin will work alongside WooCommerce to sell tickets. Each time you create a ticket for your event, it will create a WooCommerce product associated with it.
Let me point you to the following article that will get you started with Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/
Additionally, you can also enable ticket creation for posts, pages and custom post types too > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-event-tickets/
I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any follow up questions 🙂

MemberHi Cy!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Unfortunately, there is no built-in functionality similar to a “Point of sale” for tickets. However, I do know some users solve this need and by manually creating a WooCommerce order for the tickets.
I’m not sure how ideal of a solution that is for your specific use case, but let me note that we have a pretty cool refund policy you should know about, so in case our plugins don’t meet your needs you can ask for a full refund within 30-day of purchase > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any follow up questions 🙂

MemberHi Johan!
Thanks for reaching out to us. Let me help you with that issue.
The error you are getting means that the site you are trying to import events from is using an outdated version of The Events Calendar.
Please try updating that site’s plugin to the latest version and see if the import works for you.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Sarah!
Thanks for getting in touch with us. Let me help you with this topic.
Unfortunately, the snippet that Patricia shared with you will hide all indication of the ticket stock. If you want to achieve a more complex solution, such as showing a message when only two tickets left, then you will need some custom coding.
We have a great article that will get you started on customizing our templates you should know about > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any follow up questions and I’ll be happy to help.
