Registrations not being sent

    Hi I have a problem concerning the event-registrations in the events calendar pro version.
    I installed “Registrations for the events calendar” and its sort of working but not really.

    First off I am not receiving any sort of e-mail notifications anymore if someone registers for an event.
    Secondly I can see that someone has registered in my WordPress CMS but cant find them because it does not display them.

    Whoever registeres receives the “confirmation” e-mail but we don’t get it. It did work when I was testing it though.. but now nothing. Its not in the spam, or hidden anywhere else.

    Has anyone encountered this problem before?

    Is this plugin the right one? Or would I need to buy the ticketing add-on. We cant afford that one because we are a non-profit organisation which struggles to get by as it is. I was hoping we might receive more registrations by allowing online registrations.

    This one is fairly urgent.

    The Registrations for the events calendar plugin you mention is not one of our plugins.

    If you need to collect RSVP’s for your events you might want to check our free Event Tickets plugin > https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets/

    If you are a non profit organization, you can apply for our Nonprofit Partnership Program > https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp/
