    Hello,

    By “the backend”, I’m referring to the edit screen, where you are placing the shortcode. The map portion of the map view is displayed above the that are also output with the shortcode, but not automatically at the top of the page…it should display inline with the other content, wherever it is placed. So to get it in the middle of the page (or in between whichever content you would like), you would need to place it there on the event edit screen.

    Unfortunately your screenshot didn’t come through. If you are replying via email, attachments will not be included, but you can login and upload images directly to the thread.

    Can you please also send me a screenshot of where you are adding the shortcode? That might help to clear things up!

    Thanks for clarifying that!

    There is not an out-of-the-box way to add this into the attendee list…you would need to do a customization to get this set up. Our themer’s guide is the place to start if you would like to give this a shot!

    If you’d prefer not to do this customization on your own, we may be able to assist you further. We do need to prioritize support requests from other customers at this time but I’ll certainly flag this with the team and – although we can’t make any promises – if we have time and space to come back and help, we’ll be happy to do so. Please let me know if you’d like to go this route so that you can be added to this queue.

    If you urgently need help with this, however, you may instead wish to consider working with a suitably skilled developer or designer who can offer the additional level of support you require.

    Hi James,

    Thanks for checking out our plugins!

    You could display a list of different courses on one page using the shortcodes that come with Events Calendar Pro, along with the “category” parameter to display only particular events. However, you may still need to create separate events…Events Calendar Pro does come with the ability to create recurring events. However, it is not currently possible to change details (like the venue) of individual dates in the series.

    You are correct that there are currently some issues importing from Facebook following changes to their API – we’re posting updates on this here as they become available. Unfortunately, exporting events to Facebook was not possible prior to these changes, and there are not currently any plans to add this as a feature. If this is something you would like to see added in the future, we’d love it if you could post the idea in our Feature Ideas Forum! We use it to gauge user interest in new features and help plan future development.

    The Events Calendar is free, so no discounts needed there! We do have a Nonprofit Partnership Program that offers a free (unsupported) license of Events Calendar Pro or Event Tickets to approved nonprofit organizations, but this does not include Event Aggregator. We do sometimes run promotions – the best way to find out about these is by subscribing to our newsletter.

    Hi Guido,

    I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue…Changing the start of the week <i>does</i> work for the month and week views, but it does not currently affect the datepickers. We do currently have a ticket open internally to address this. Unfortunately, I don’t have a timeline that I can give you as to when this will be resolved, but I did link this thread to our internal ticket. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know here.

    First, can you tell me if you are using WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, or Tribe Commerce for these tickets? Can you send me a screenshot of the ticket settings for an event where this is happening?     It sounds like you had this set up as a scheduled import previously (vs. a manual import), is that correct? Are you still able to import from other sources successfully?

    Hi Joshua!

    Just to clarify what you’re looking for here, are you trying to avoid having to type the event name into the ticket type field manually each time you create a ticket (but still have the event name as part of the ticket name on the front end), or do you want the event name to appear <i>only</i> on the back end for filtering purposes? When the ticket is saved (and created in WooCommerce), the text in the ticket type field is set as the name in WooCommerce, which is the name that appears on the front end.

    So, you could potentially do what you’re looking for via a customization, but the approach will be different depending on how you would like the ticket name displayed on the front end. If you can clarify exactly how you would like this to work, I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!

    With this event, did you have any attendees that had been deleted or moved to other tickets/events?

    I took a look at the event that you linked to, but I was not seeing any RSVPs available on it, and I wasn’t able to find any other upcoming events on your site…if you do have another upcoming event with RSVPs where this is happening, could you send me a link to that along with a screenshot of the RSVP settings on the back end and the Attendees page where the totals are incorrect? Please note that if you are replying via email, attachments will not come through – you will need to login and upload the images directly to the thread.

    Hi Gemma,

    You can export the attendees for any event from the attendees page, which you can get to by clicking the “View attendees” button in the ticket section on the edit event page (see screenshot).

    Hi Guido,

    The community submission page that you are referring to is actually part of the Community Events plugin. Once this is installed and activated, the link that you mentioned should link to this page (see this article for more info on finding the correct link).

    Community Events will also let require users to login to submit an event and allow you to set the status that events are submitted into so that you will have the opportunity to review and approve them before publishing them to the front end. This article has some more info on how this works.

    I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you out with this…

    You are correct that there have been some other users reporting similar issues – is this happening with multiple Google calendars or just one? If just one, can you send me the link that you’re trying to import from so that I can test it out on my end?

    I would also recommend updating to the current versions of The Events Calendar (4.6.14.1) and Events Calendar Pro (4.4.25) and trying the imports again.
