ParticipantWe have issues with RSVP event where there is still capacity but in the back end it says 0 available and on events list it says sold out. But only 45 of 60 seats are booked? signup on the event page is still working though?

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.
With this event, did you have any attendees that had been deleted or moved to other tickets/events?
I took a look at the event that you linked to, but I was not seeing any RSVPs available on it, and I wasn’t able to find any other upcoming events on your site…if you do have another upcoming event with RSVPs where this is happening, could you send me a link to that along with a screenshot of the RSVP settings on the back end and the Attendees page where the totals are incorrect? Please note that if you are replying via email, attachments will not come through – you will need to login and upload the images directly to the thread.

ParticipantThe event is tomorrow so sign ups are closed. But maybe this explanation will help give you some ideas.
No one where moved. Could be that some had been deleted (we sometimes experience double signups).
The original max limit was 50. When the event reached 43 is started reporting as sold out (could that be because of deleted attendees?) We then increase the limit to 60 which did make it possible to register again on the event page, but the event was still listed as sold out in the events calendar/list.
I have attached some screenshots. As you can see it also wrong info in the backend. One place it says 75% full and another place it says 0 free spaces?

KeymasterThanks for sending the screenshots! Deleting attendees does not reduce the number of tickets sold – you do need to manually adjust the stock (if you want it to increase) after deleting or moving an attendee. You can read more about how this process works here. But, you can also see the number of attendees that have been deleted on the Attendees screen (which you can get to by clicking the “View attendees” button in the ticket section of the event edit screen). Can you send me a screenshot of what you see on that page?

I first want to apologize for the delay in getting back to you here. This wasn’t showing up as waiting on this end, so sorry about that! However, we have identified this as a bug where changing the capacity after an attendee has already registered does not increase the availability. Unfortunately I don’t have a timeline at the moment as to when the fix for this will be released, but I did link this thread to our internal ticket – as soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know here. I apologize for the inconvenience that this is causing, and thank you for your patience as we work on getting this resolved. If you have any questions in the meantime, please let me know!
