KeymasterHi Andre,
Can you send me a link directly to an events page with photo view? I’ll be happy to take a look and see if I can recommend some custom CSS to increase the image size!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterAwesome! I’m glad that you were able to get this changed! We try our best to make things as easily customizable as possible 😉
Please let me know if there is anything else that I can help with.

KeymasterHi Jaques,
Can you try adjusting the “Default stylesheet used for events templates” and “Events template” settings under Events > Settings > Display. These affect how much events pages inherit their styling from the theme. Make sure to clear out any caching that you’re doing on your site (such as via a plugin or on your server) as well as your browser cache after changing the settings.
If this doesn’t make a difference, then you might need to add some custom CSS to change the font size. We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations and integrations like this, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi John,
I’m sorry that you were running into this issue with not being able to connect to Eventbrite – we are aware of it and have made some changes on our end that should have resolved that part…Regarding the Event Aggregator message, can you take a look under Events > Settings > Licenses and verify that your Events Calendar Pro and Eventbrite Tickets keys are entered in the correct box (and not in the Event Aggregator box)? If so, can you please send me a screenshot of the Event Aggregator message that you’re seeing and share your system info with me?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately the first issue with the export button has been confirmed as a bug on our end, but we are currently working on getting this resolved. I don’t have a timeline at the moment as to when the fix will be released, but as soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know here.
Regarding exporting by category, you can grab the link from the export button that appears on category pages, which you can get to under Events > Categories (hover over the category name and click “View”). It should look something like this:
yoursite.com/events/category/category-name/?ical=1&tribe_display=month
Let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue…we have made some changes on our end that might have already fixed the problem – can you go ahead and try again and let me know if it works now?

KeymasterHello,
If you go under Events > Settings > Filters and set the “Filter Bar default state” setting to “Show on initial page load”, Filter Bar should show automatically in both mobile and desktop views. Can you give this a try and let me know if it works for you?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out!
You are correct that each instance in a recurring event series will have a separate URL. Are you looking to prevent Google from indexing all but the original event in a recurring series? If so, you would need to do a customization – this post has some example code that you could use as a staring point if you would like to give this a shot.
We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on!
Can you tell me which ecommerce platform you’re using to sell tickets (WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, or Tribe Commerce)? Are users receiving the order confirmation email (which is a separate email from the ticket email) or no emails at all? Are you able to see these users as attendees on the backend?
Finally, can you please share your system information with me as well?
Thanks,
Jennifer
June 5, 2018 at 4:55 pm in reply to: Show old venues, but make them unavailable for new events? #1546938Jennifer
KeymasterHi Andreas,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
With Community Events (which creates the front end submission form), the venue selection box will display all venues by default – if you wanted to change this, you would need to do a customization. Another option would be to go into the venues and set their published status to “draft”, which would keep them associated on the backend but not show them on the front end.
Other than Events Calendar Pro offering venue and organizer pages, there is not a difference between the venues/organizers in The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro. Venues and organizers are created via functionality in The Events Calendar only.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Community Events / Events Calendar Pro for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out! I am not aware of one specific hook/filter that you could use for this, but you can take a look at how the default button is generated in the wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/Tribe/Attendees_Table.php file.
Customizations like this are outside the scope of support that we are able to provide here in the forums, but if you would like to have the code done for you, we do have a list of recommended developers that you could contact.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

June 5, 2018 at 4:02 pm in reply to: What alternative for tribe_is_events_home() function but can work with ajax call #1546908Jennifer
KeymasterHi Jimmy,
I’m glad to hear that you’re liking the plugin so far! However, we are not able to provide technical support here in the Pre-Sales forum, which we use to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.
If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license and post this question in our Events Calendar Pro forum. Please note that even as a premium license holder, we are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations.
Our knowledgebase is also a great place to start looking for answers. You can search our premium forums to see if another user has posted about a similar issue, or if you’re having trouble with plugin functionality, the best place to start is by testing for a conflict.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
No problem at all! You can turn off automatic renewal in the License Keys section of your account page. Let me know if you run into any issues in doing so!
Thanks,
