KeymasterHello,
I think this is likely being caused by a conflict with your theme or possibly with another plugin. Can you try running through the steps outlined here to test this out? You can use the free Duplicator plugin to create a staging environment if you don’t have one already.
Can you also share your full system info with me?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterI’m sorry it’s still not working! We do have another fix coming soon for this (I don’t have an exact date at the moment), so I’ll go ahead and set this thread to “Pending Fix” – as soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know here.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience this is causing, and thank you for your patience as we work on getting this resolved!

KeymasterYou are correct! ET+ lets you create custom fields for each attendee, and it does integrate with WooCommerce, which includes support for Stripe.
Jennifer
KeymasterThanks for clarifying Ralf. Custom post types do sometimes require a bit of tweaking to integrate fully with some themes 🙂
Since this has been marked “Resolved”, I’ll go ahead and close it out. Feel free to open up a new thread anytime if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterI’m glad the date and time are working! Really, you can add any other information that you want into the ticket email – you can customize it by doing a template override (which it sounds like you might have done before).
I’m not sure how you would widen the email (you can always add CSS), but you might instead try rearranging things into a more vertical layout, which you can do with the template customization. For a logo, if you want the same one for each ticket, then you can add this into the template. Otherwise, if you add an image in the Settings of the ticket edit section, this should be included in the email.
We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterAwesome! I’m glad that you got this working the way you need, and thanks for posting your solution here!
If there is anything else that I can help with, please let me know.

KeymasterHi Barry,
You can assign categories to events when setting up the import; category pages have the URL events/category/your-category/.
By default, events have the URL yoursite.com/event/event-name – if you want to change this structure to yoursite.com/about/events, then you would need to do a customization.
Regarding the theme styles, I would first try adjusting the “Default stylesheet used for events templates” and “Events template” settings under Events > Settings > Display. These affect how much events pages inherit their styling from the theme. If that doesn’t help, then you might need to add some CSS…we are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations and integrations like this, but if you can send me a direct link to the page, along with your complete system info, I’ll be happy to take a look and see what I can recommend!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Michael,
This is not something that The Events Calendar or Events Calendar Pro does out of the box, but you could potentially get this working via a third-party plugin and/or customization. Assigning different categories to the events you want to display to different members would probably be your best bet here.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterSorry, I think we are replying to each other at the same time here…Unless you are using Tribe Commerce to sell tickets directly through PayPal, then you will only be able to add RSVPs when using Event Tickets.
Jennifer
KeymasterHi Jon,
With Event Tickets, you can sell tickets directly through PayPal, but if you want to integrate with WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads to sell tickets, then you would need Event Tickets Plus.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer
Jennifer
KeymasterHi Jon,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
Event Tickets is required to use Event Tickets Plus, but Events Calendar Pro is not. You can use The Events Calendar (free) in conjunction with Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus to add tickets to events, or you can also add tickets to other post types besides events, such as traditional posts or pages.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer
Jennifer
KeymasterHi Tom,
Thanks for posting your solution here!
By default, if a user is logged in when they purchase tickets, they will see a message on that screen (when they are logged in) that tells them that they have registered for that event – this article has some more information on how this works.
If there is anything else that I can help you with, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Jade,
It looks like you’re running a much older version of Event Tickets Plus with a newer version of Event Tickets, which can lead to compatibility issues. Can you try updating both plugins to their current versions (4.7.3.1 for Event Tickets and 4.7.3 for Event Tickets Plus)? After updating, you’ll want to clear out any caching that you might be doing on your site (such as on your server or via a plugin) along with your browser cache.
Let me know if this works!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterThanks for clarifying Paula! Did you see any difference after updating? We have recently updated The Events Calendar as well (it’s currently at 4.6.18), so it would also be a good idea to update that plugin since you’re also running into issues with the map, which comes from The Events Calendar.

KeymasterHi Micha,
I’m sorry for the delay here, but please note that per our forum guidelines, it can take 24-48 hours for a response depending on the current support volume (although we always try to respond sooner when possible).
As Courtney mentioned in the thread you linked to, this change has been proposed for the team to review, but I don’t have a timeline yet as to when this might be changed. However, I’m glad that the CSS is working for now!
The message is coming from Event Tickets when using Tribe Commerce – is this what you are using on your site?
