ParticipantI need users to complete the ticket attendee information when they purchase a ticket from the woo commerce store
But at this point it doesn’t give the option – it only adds ticket to cart and then checkout. (therefore not collecting ticket attendee information)
I need it to process this information: http://littleprofessors.co.za/classes/holidaycamp/ (like the ticket at the bottom of page) but it looks like this in store http://littleprofessors.co.za/product-category/holiday-camps/ (does not ask for information)
Please help. i have reached out to woo commerce ” okay i have some clarification
with WooCommerce ticketing/bookings/variable products, where you would need to go to the product page – these plugins have a special flag so the shop page changes the button for you to take the customer through to add their informationLooks like the developers of the plugin have not included that in theirs”

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately the second link isn’t showing any results, but the custom fields that appear in the ticket form on the event page will not show up on the default WooCommerce page. If you wanted to add them in there, you would need to do a customization. Per our forum guidelines, we are not able to provide support for customizations here in the forums, but our themer’s guide and functions list are great starting points if you would like to give it a shot! We also have a list of recommended developers that you could contact if you would like to get help with the code.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

ParticipantHi Jennifer
Thank you for your response. I am having another problem.
On my website users can add more than one attendee at a time however it is only giving a drop down for one attendee information? Please advise how i change this so that when they click 2 attendees the dropdown lets them complete both children’s information?

KeymasterHi Jade,
It looks like you’re running a much older version of Event Tickets Plus with a newer version of Event Tickets, which can lead to compatibility issues. Can you try updating both plugins to their current versions (4.7.3.1 for Event Tickets and 4.7.3 for Event Tickets Plus)? After updating, you’ll want to clear out any caching that you might be doing on your site (such as on your server or via a plugin) along with your browser cache.
Let me know if this works!
Thanks,
Jennifer

Thanks so much!
