I just bought eventbrite tickets and I’m stuck in a login loop. I try to login and i’m taken to the authorization page with eventbrite. I agree and am redirected back to the import page. I click import eventbrite and I’m told I need to login. Back to step one.
June 5, 2018 at 4:28 pm #1546912JenniferKeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out! We are aware of this issue and have made some changes on our end that might have already fixed the problem – can you go ahead and try again and let me know if it works now?
Thanks,
Jennifer

Just wanted to share with you that we have shipped a fix for this issue. It’s all on our Event Aggregator server side of things so you don’t need to update any plugins.
As always, please make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins. Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
We apologize for any inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we worked on this.
Please try your Eventbrite API connection and let us know if it works for you.

All the plugins are the latest versions.
June 8, 2018 at 4:19 pm #1549755JenniferKeymasterI’m sorry that it’s still not working…can you try clearing out any caching that you might be doing (such as on your server or via a plugin) and try again?
June 8, 2018 at 4:29 pm #1549759naptimevideoParticipantCleared cache, same problems.
We got this plugin so we could sell tickets for events we have planned a week from now. We need this to work, otherwise, we wasted $90.
Are there any other solutions you can offer?
June 11, 2018 at 8:53 pm #1551163JenniferKeymasterWe’ve had some other users reporting that this is still happening for them as well, and we are working on getting this resolved as quickly as we can. I sincerely apologize for the further inconvenience here! We’ll let you know as soon as we have an update. This issue is a top priority for our developers at the moment, so we should have some news for you here soon.

June 12, 2018 at 4:26 pm #1551950naptimevideoParticipantHey Jennifer, can I switch my purchase to that then? I need to sell tickets on the site ASAP and I don’t want to go back and forth between solutions.

June 28, 2018 at 7:20 am #1563555VictorKeymasterHi There!
Just wanted to let you know that we’ve just released a fix on our Event Aggregator server to address the Eventbrite Imports issue.
There is no need to update anything on your end, but do make sure you are using the latest version of The Events Calendar 4.6.19 and Eventbrite Tickets 4.5.1
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we worked on this.
Please try your imports again and let us know if they work on your end.
