    Hi Ron,

    Thanks for reaching out! This article has instructions on how to change the word “tickets”.

    I’d be happy to help you further with this, but first will you please post this question in our Event Tickets Plus forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.

    If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.

    Our knowledgebase is a great place to start looking for answers. You can also search our premium forums to see if another user has posted about a similar issue.

    Thank you,

    Jennifer

    Hi Tobias,

    Thanks for checking out our plugins! You are correct on both counts: Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus are both $89 for a one year license, which includes support in our premium forums. If you’re interested in any of our other plugins, you might take a look at some of our bundles, which offer discounts for buying multiple products at a time.

    We do not currently have a trial period, but we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase.

    Please let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Anna,

    Our events pages do not have a sidebar by default, so this is likely coming from your theme. I’d recommend taking a look at this article, which has some information on how you can adjust the settings for the events page templates. Alternatively, you could hide the sidebar with CSS.

    If you need further assistance with this, please post this question in our Events Calendar PRO forum.

    Hi Ian,

    I’m sorry you’re running into this issue! Could you please share your system information with me? Also, the first step here would be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins. If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Mauro,

    Unfortunately Facebook feeds are currently the only type that support importing the featured image, although we do have a feature request logged regarding adding support for iCal feeds as well. I don’t have a timeline at the moment as to if/when this would be released. I’m sorry for the bad news! However, I did link this thread to our internal ticket, so if it does get implemented in the future, we will notify you here.

    Please let me know if you have any questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    in reply to: Auto-complete ticket only orders in WooCommerce? #1375133

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for reaching out! To auto-complete orders based on whether or not they only contain tickets, you would need to dive into the code. I found this snippet from WooCommerce, which you could modify to conditionally auto-complete based on the products in the order. I would also recommend taking a look at our themer’s guide and functions list as a place to start. If you would prefer to have the code done for you, we also have a list of recommended developers that you could contact.

    Alternatively, you could also try out this third-party plugin. I haven’t tested it out, but it looks like it might do what you’re looking for!

    Please let me know if you have any questions. If you decide to do the customization and get stuck with the code, please let me know and I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Nico,

    Thanks for checking out our plugins!

    I am not familiar with that particular plugin, but you are correct that The Events Calendar creates a custom “tribe-events” post type. Tickets are essentially WooCommerce simple products. So, it is possible that you could use this plugin with our products, but you would really need to test it out to be sure. Regarding the permissions, you may need to do a little bit of adjusting in the code to get those working correctly.

    We do offer the Community Events and Community Tickets plugins to allow users to create events and sell tickets from the front-end of your site, without having to have an admin account. However, it sounds like in this situation you would want to stick with Event Tickets Plus since you want your users to have access to some of the backend features like sales reports.

    If you would like to test it out, we do offer full refunds within 30 days, so feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Ulrike,

    I’m sorry you’re running into this problem! You are correct that Facebook Events was replaced with Event Aggregator, but when that happened, all of our users with a Facebook Events license were given an Event Aggregator license with the same expiration date as their Facebook Events license. Once the license expires, Event Aggregator will not work until the license has been renewed. It sounds like you may be using Facebook Events to import? If this is the case, it is possible that it’s not compatible with the latest version of The Events Calendar. Since it was replaced, it is no longer maintained.

    Our Pre-Sales forum actually does not allow private replies. We use it to answer questions on our premium products for those interested in purchasing them, but we do not do technical support here in this forum. If you would like to renew your license, you’ll be able to post in our Event Aggregator support forum, where we will be happy to provide in-depth support to help you figure out what’s going on. However, renewing that license and importing with EA instead of Facebook Events might actually solve the problem itself!

    If you have any questions on getting set up with a new EA license, please let me know!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Marguerite,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    The code for previous and next links on single events can be found at wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/single-event.php in the “Event footer” section at the bottom of the file:

    You can move this to another part of the template or remove it entirely. To edit this template, you’ll want to follow these instructions to copy it into your child theme. The page you linked to does indeed use the single-event.php file found in the location that I mentioned above. Once you copy it into the tribe-events folder in your child theme (the instructions outline how to do this), then you can edit it and that template will override the default one.

    Let me know if that works!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Still here! Thanks for sending the screenshots. Can you try adjusting the start sale date for the ticket? Set it to a date in the past or remove it entirely and see if that works. I believe only tickets with a start sale date that has already passed will show on the front end. Let me know if that makes a difference!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    To show all events in photo view, you can add the snippet in this post to your functions.php file in your child theme. For the previous and next links, you could either hide them with CSS or remove them from the templates by following these instructions. Look for something like this section in each of the templates, which you can delete from the templates after copying them into your child theme.

    <!-- Footer Navigation -->
    <?php do_action( 'tribe_events_before_footer_nav' ); ?>
    <?php tribe_get_template_part( 'month/nav' ); ?>
    <?php do_action( 'tribe_events_after_footer_nav' ); ?>

    Let me know if this helps and if you have any questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Mark!

    You could edit the templates for the views you want the image to appear on by following these instructions. Using this method, you could add the image/slider directly above the content in the templates. Another option would be to use the “Add HTML before event content” box under Events > Settings > Display > Advanced Template Settings, but note that content entered here will be displayed on all events pages (including single events).

    Let me know if that works for you or if you have any questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Kenny,

    If you’re just looking for import functionality, then Event Aggregator will take care of that for you. The license gives you up to 100 scheduled imports per day for one year. If you have any other questions, please let me know!

    Thanks,

    Hi Tamara,

    One of our developers made some changes, and it should be returning the correct ticket count now. Can you try it out and see if it’s working for you as well?

    You can download it here.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer
