    Hi there,

    We have a little problem with our events plus for some reason when entering all information for our events and sale ticket with woocomecer. On the front the end was users can buy our event ticket. All information is showing perfectly but not the section was there can buy the ticket for this events…. in attached a screenshot

    Hi Pim,

    I’m sorry to hear you’re tickets aren’t showing up, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on!

    Could you please send me a screenshot of the ticket details section on the event edit screen? Also, have you tried testing for conflicts with both your theme and other plugins? If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.

    Hi there,

    Still here! Thanks for sending the screenshots. Can you try adjusting the start sale date for the ticket? Set it to a date in the past or remove it entirely and see if that works. I believe only tickets with a start sale date that has already passed will show on the front end. Let me know if that makes a difference!

    Okay, i have understood something. It was the Global Stock who was at 0.
    Now it works 😉

    Now relating the date of the event the ” Posted Date is still saying
    January 1,1970 when the post only has been created on Nov 1th, 2017
    I also looked into the general setting of WordPress and the time and date
    are good and update to date. All pages are good expected Event
    calendar events.

    Also, the Google map doesn’t show up either for our event calendar. Could
    you please help us 🙂

    Hi Pim,

    I’m glad you got the ticket issue figured out!

    Regarding the date, I know you did the conflict testing before, but can you try again with WP_DEBUG enabled? It looks like the post date is not being set correctly, and this will show any PHP errors that are occurring. Please make sure you start in a completely default environment, meaning that a default theme is enabled and all other plugins are deactivated. If you’re doing any caching (like with a plugin or on your server) it is a good idea to clear that as well before starting to re-activate the other elements on your site.

    For the map, you will first need to set up the API key, which you can do by following these instructions. Let me know if this works!

    Hello Jennifer,

    Thank you very much for your reply. I had looked into everything you told me too, none of the settings are bad…
    the theme is also okay, I had checked everything and run a try out with the theme author and he told me nope this is anything wrong with the theme. But the event calendar the date publisher is not correct.

    Please view all screenshots in attached post.

    Could you please log on into the site and fix it, please. I mean that’s why I’m paying a license fee so I can receive pro features and premium support.

    Please log in to our dashboard or at last, if you cant do any changes, please send me a screenshot of my dashboard not a post blog and send me the steps. I need help, please.

    For the Google API i haven’t had the time to try it, i will work on that and get back to you as well.
