    Hi Sobery,

    I’m sorry to hear you’re running into this issue! It is possible that one or more of the plugins is out of date, and you would need to purchase a license to be able to update them. The license also gets you access to our premium support forums, where we are able to provide in-depth support, which we cannot do here in the Pre-Sales forum.

    If you do not want to renew any of the licenses, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. Our knowledgebase is also a great place to start looking for answers, and you can also search our premium forums to see if another user has posted about a similar issue. If you’re having trouble with plugin functionality, the best place to start is by testing for a conflict.

    If you do renew the license, please post this over in the premium forums and reference this thread. We’ll be happy to help you out there! Make sure to share your system information as well to help speed up the troubleshooting process. If you have any questions, please let me know!

    Hi Susann,

    I’m sorry Pro doesn’t have what you’re looking for! If you’re looking for additional fields on tickets (not the event itself), Events Tickets Plus also has the ability to add custom fields, but unfortunately not an “attachment” type field. I wish I had a better answer for you, but at the moment, it would require a customization to add this type of field.

    Would you mind posting this as a feature request over in our Feature Ideas Forum? This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.

Please also note that we are a bit limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations.

    You are correct, Event Tickets Plus integrates with WooCommerce to allow you to sell tickets on your site. I will go ahead and switch out your license and send you an email with the new license key. Once you get it, the following articles should help you get up and running.

    Hi Susann,

    Thanks for checking out our plugins!

    The additional fields that come with Pro include the text, text area, radio, URL, checkbox, and dropdown types, but there is not currently an attachment field.

    We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Pro for a test run, feel free to do so! If you have any other questions, please let me know.

    Hi Kenny,

    You do not need Events Calendar Pro in order to use Event Aggregator. The only plugin you need for EA is The Events Calendar, our free events plugin. I took a look at your license, and everything looks good on this end. Do you have scheduled imports that have stopped working, or are you manually trying to import events and having the import fail? Could you please share your system information with me?

    Hi Benjamin,

    One of our developers actually just updated the extension – you can download the new version here. Can you try this out and see if it’s working now? I tested it on my end and was able to change to a value with special characters, but please let me know if you run into any issues.

    Thanks for sharing your system info! It looks like you’re running older versions of The Events Calendar (current is 4.6.3) and Events Calendar Pro (current is 4.4.19). Can you try updating and see if that makes a difference? If you don’t see a prompt to update in the Plugins section of your Dashboard, you can do so manually by following these instructions.

    You said that you switched to a default theme, but did you also deactivate all other plugins at the same time? If not, can you please give this a try? Once you’re in a default environment, you can then reactivate the plugins and your theme one by one until the issue reappears. I know this is tedious, but if there is a conflict with something else on your site, this is unfortunately the best way to identify it.

    Hi Pim,

    I’m glad you got the ticket issue figured out!

    Regarding the date, I know you did the conflict testing before, but can you try again with WP_DEBUG enabled? It looks like the post date is not being set correctly, and this will show any PHP errors that are occurring. Please make sure you start in a completely default environment, meaning that a default theme is enabled and all other plugins are deactivated. If you’re doing any caching (like with a plugin or on your server) it is a good idea to clear that as well before starting to re-activate the other elements on your site.

    For the map, you will first need to set up the API key, which you can do by following these instructions. Let me know if this works!
