KeymasterGreat! Let us know how it goes and if you come up with any other questions!
Jennifer
KeymasterCan you please send me a copy of your theme and child theme so that I can do some testing on my end? You can upload them to Dropbox as zip files and include the link here.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out!
One thing to check is the “Series ends on” field – make sure this is set to a future date. If it is set for the same date as the start date, only one instance will be created (see screenshot). Let me know if this works! If not, could you please send me a screenshot of your recurrence settings on the event edit page for this event?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Rob,
The new classes actually don’t apply any styling themselves. They are there to make it easier for users to customize the view if they would like to do so. You can test them out on the demo site using your browser’s Inspector (Chrome will probably work best for this).
I accidentally gave you the wrong link initially for the feature request (that link does have more information on the classes however). This is the link to the request that you can vote on.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Dominik,
The “Require users to log in before they RSVP” setting is part of Event Tickets. I’m sorry I didn’t specify that before!.
I would recommend taking a look at the following articles:
New User Primer: Event Tickets & Event Tickets Plus
We are not able to provide technical support here in our Pre-Sales forum, so if you need further assistance with this, can you please post over in our community forum? We monitor that weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you can also post in our Event Tickets Plus forum (which does require a premium license), and we’ll be happy to help you out over there!
Thank you,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Tim,
Thanks for sharing the link! I tested this out, and unfortunately I was able to confirm that this is a bug on our end. I logged it internally for our developers to take a look at, and I linked this thread to our internal ticket. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know here.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience! If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Mitchell,
I did some further testing on my end, and I am checking with the team for a second set of eyes on this one.
Did you have any luck adjusting the Default stylesheet used for events templates and Events template settings under Events > Display?

KeymasterHi Lee,
Thanks for sending the link and the screenshots! I tested this out, and I believe the problem here is that the event is private in Eventbrite. The API only enables public event ticket boxes to be shown in an iFrame. The iFrames does not have a way to authenticate so it can only show tickets for public events. Can you try switching the event to public and see if that brings up the box?
Let me know if that works!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Dayana,
I’m sorry about the delayed response on your original thread, but since we are working on your requests over there, I’ll go ahead and close this one out.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi John,
I’m sorry you’re having so much trouble getting the license updated!
Can you please follow these instructions to add the new license keys to your site? Once you have the new keys in there, you will be able to update Events Calendar Pro automatically. However, the license should not affect the events that are already on your site. As long as The Events Calendar is activated, you should see events you had before changing the license. If TEC is active and you still don’t see your events, can you please share your system information with me?
Thanks,
Jennifer
