I am not an expert here. I inherited the responsibilities and recently found out that I needed to renew our license. I went through the process and have received confirmation that the license is renewed. However, when I view the plug-ins in WordPress, I see the message that the license is expired and now I have lost ALL my events on my site! How does the new license get identified to WordPress on my site?

Can you please follow these instructions to add the new license keys to your site? Once you have the new keys in there, you will be able to update Events Calendar Pro automatically. However, the license should not affect the events that are already on your site. As long as The Events Calendar is activated, you should see events you had before changing the license. If TEC is active and you still don’t see your events, can you please share your system information with me?
