KeymasterHi Nathan,
Thanks for reaching out again!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
The following forum thread can point you in the right direction to achieve this customization:

Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Nathan,
Thanks so much for reaching out again here!
The following forum post may be able to provide you some insight as to how to achieve this yourself:

Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Amir,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Have your organizers created tickets for these Community Events on the front-end with Community Tickets?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Joseph,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

Can you go to Events < Help and scroll down to the Event Aggregator Status? Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?
Also, if you go to Events Settings < Licenses, does the Event Aggregator slot say “Valid Key”?
If so, can you try removing the key and then re-entering it?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

In the meantime, one thing you can do is to alter the total_sales custom field on the WooCommerce Product page that is associated with the ticket that you are trying to edit. You can change that number to reflect the actual number of attendees that you have, which will then change what you see in your Attendees tab.
You can also alter the ticket stock on the Edit Event page, where you edit your ticket.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Mike,
In other words, are you missing the Event Details at the top of the Orders Tab, like this:

KeymasterHi Richard,
Can you provide me with an example of a Facebook page that you are trying to import, so that I can see the information that you are trying to import?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!

I’m not seeing your screenshot here. Would you mind re-attaching it?

KeymasterIn order to have maps show up on your site, you will have to configure your Google Maps API Key. Here is more information on how to go about doing that:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/
In order to set up your tickets, you will need to install an e-commerce solution, such as WooCommerce.

KeymasterHi Martin,
In that case, you can create a private event, so that it is hidden from the original calendar. From there, you can display that event using a category that you assign to it.
You can do something similar to a “members-only calendar” as is outlined in the following article:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-members-calendar/
Let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHi Kimberly,
Thanks for going through that testing. I am seeing some errors related to the twenty-sixteen child theme that you are using. Can you try testing with an unedited default WordPress theme?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Chris,
I am seeing an error on your site that you have the Google Maps API included multiple times, which can cause errors.
Can you try removing the API from everywhere but one place? For example, you may have entered it in your theme and in our plugin.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kimberly,
I can only respond within this thread, so if your developer would like to open a separate thread on your behalf, we can do things that way instead if you prefer. Just link to this thread as well.
