Event Aggregator only shows CSV import

    I don’t see anything except CSV as an available import. Licensing all appears in order. We really wanted to test this on our staging site, but…you don’t have a way to do that. (none of the available staging options would apply to a staging site like the one GoDaddy has provided for us…I consider this a big problem but not for this help request).

    We haven’t been able to import anything yet – only CSV is shown as an option.

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    Can you go to Events < Help and scroll down to the Event Aggregator Status?  Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?

    Also, if you go to Events Settings < Licenses, does the Event Aggregator slot say “Valid Key”?

    If so, can you try removing the key and then re-entering it?

    Let me know how that goes!

    Somehow, miraculously, without me changing anything at all — I went in
    last night to troubleshoot some more and it was working beautifully. Maybe
    it was just tired on its first day.
