Hi,
After adding a paginator we were able to see our totals. It’s currently day 2 of our event and for the first time ever we have noticed there’s no way to see the total sales numbers.
We can see there are total number of attendees but there’s nowhere (and hopefully we are just overlooking) that just tells us a flat amount that the event made.
Is this just something we are missing or is a sales total not a feature?

Thanks for reaching out here as well!
If you are using WooCommerce, you can go to WooCommerce < Reports and see the totals sales that you have made.
If you have further questions on this topic, can you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Thanks for your reply. If it helps, you can go to your Order Tab, and view the Total Sales for an event there.
If you’d like additional functionality, you can contact one of our recommend customizers here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

I was actually referring to the Orders Tab for each individual event, which should give you a better idea of the total sales by event.
In any case, before we move forward, would you mind providing us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

From clicking Events in the dashboard. Then Attendees. Then the Orders tab. I’ll attach the two images that show what I’m seeing there. The first is the Attendees page

February 28, 2018 at 10:25 am #1466240Jaime MarchwinskiKeymasterHi Mike,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
There isn’t a paginator for orders that I am aware of. As a next step, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see.
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

In other words, are you missing the Event Details at the top of the Orders Tab, like this:

March 8, 2018 at 5:43 am #1473205Jaime MarchwinskiKeymasterHi Mike,
Okay, let’s backtrack a bit. If you haven’t done so already,
let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
