Thanks so much for reaching out!

You can change the number of events that are displayed on your main calendar in Photo View by going to Events Settings < General.  The first option there is Number of events to show per page.  Enter in your desired amount and Save Changes.

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

    Thanks,

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

In order to get things to work with Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus, I’d recommend using the recurring events feature to populate your calendar, and then you can break events from the series in order to set up tickets for those events.

You can also vote on this idea in our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

You can also check out our demo site and see our plugins in action.

in reply to: Venue Address Importing Incorrectly – Google Calendar #1471433

    Hi Chris,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

This sounds like it may be related to a bug that we are currently working on, however I will need a bit more information before confirming this.

Although you don’t have access to the calendars, do you know if there is venue information listed, in addition to longitude and latitude?  Sometimes that can create confusion and the venue is imported improperly.  Removing the geolocation information resolves the issue for now.

Can you confirm if this is how things are set up on those calendars?

    Let me know!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Thomas,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

If you have a license to one of our plugins, would you mind reposting in our premium forums?

Otherwise, would you mind reposting your question in our WordPress.org forum for The Events Calendar?

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Hi Michele,

    Thanks for letting us know.

Since this issue is related to an update to your theme, I’d recommend reaching out to your theme developers to see if they have any suggestions or fixes for you.

in reply to: Modify the email ticket #1470954

Thanks so much for reaching out!

That text comes from this file: /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/QR.php
    esc_html_e( 'Scan this QR code at the event to check in.', 'event-tickets-plus' );

The best way to edit this text may be to follow Change the wording of any bit of text or string

Let me know if that helps!

    Thanks,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.

You may also be interested in the following extension, which can display the schedule for a given day:

Let me know if that helps!

    Thanks,

in reply to: Only first two tickets shown on purchase page #1470944

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first step, can you make sure that the Start/End dates for the tickets that aren’t showing are the same as the ones that are showing?

For the four tickets that aren’t showing, can you take a screenshot of at least one of the tickets from the backend, so that I can see how they are set up?

In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    1.    A conflict with another plugin

    2.    A conflict with your WordPress theme

    3.    A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    1.    Make a backup of your database

    2.    Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Christopher,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

First off, if you are interested, we do have a Nonprofit Partnership Program which grants all accepted applicants one free unsupported license to either Events Calendar PRO or Event Tickets Plus.

In addition, I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.

You may also be interested in our Functions Archive, which can point you to the existing functions that are available to you.

If you have any further questions related to The Events Calendar, please post on our WordPress.org forums.

If you have any other questions related to Events Calendar PRO, let me know!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Eric,

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

With Event Tickets Plus, when you create a ticket, a WooCommerce product is automatically created for that ticket.

With that information in mind, it sounds like what you are trying to achieve will be able to work as you desire.

You can also check out our demo site to see what our plugins can do.

And if for some reason, things don’t function the way you’d like, we have a great 30-day full refund policy.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Kimberly,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first step, can you try updating all of your Events Calendar related plugins and see if the issue  still exists?

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
