Scheduled import wont bring in event from FB page

I have a daily import set up for this page: https://www.facebook.com/wstconnection/

As you can see, they have an event on May 4 but my schedule import will not bring it in.

I have looked to see if it is on my ignored list but it is not. If I place the event URL in the import and run it as one time it finds the event but not if I place the organisers page in.

I can see no reason why it will not bring in this event. I don’t want to add events manually on an individual basis.

Hi Alan,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first step, what is your Import Date Range set to?  By default, this is set to one month, which means that events are only pulled in up to one month in the future.  You can find this setting at Events Settings < Imports.
