MemberBonjour Eric et bienvenue au forum de support de the Events Calendar,
Merci d’utiliser nos produits et de nous avoir contacté avec votre question.
The time is currently displayed in this way : 13 février de 20 h 30 min à 22 h 00
I’d like to have this : 13 février de 20h30 à 22h

MemberGood afternoon Miah!
Wow! I am super impressed by all the hard work and dedication your team has put in.
Congratulations on fixing everything!I am happy my advice was useful in accomplishing resolution.
Thank you for sharing your steps with us and for letting us know that this was also affecting non-recurring events. It seems like whatever hiccup happened created a snowball effect.
You are always welcome back if there is anything else.
Have a great day!

MemberGood afternoon Ben,
I’m glad you got to the bottom of the issue. Your patience and hard work really paid off.
Kudos to you!Unfortunately, as previously mentioned WooCommerce 2.3.8 will soon be a year old which explains why it has changed as much as it did in the way it handles stock. In fact the WooCommerce team no longer supports that version.
On our end, we only support WooCommerce’s latest version as well which means that we don’t have a fix for version 2.3.8.
This leaves you with 2 options:
- Upgrade to the latest version of WooCommerce (although I understand you’d rather not)
- Roll back to a previous version of <b>the Events Calendar </b>and use WooTickets along with it. You can use the following guide for that purpose.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Thank you for your understanding and let me know if you need assistance rolling back.

MemberGood afternoon Project Helping,
Thank you for providing the system information and answering my question.
When we first create an event, the “register this event with Eventbrite” is checked yes automatically. After a short time, that box is now checked “no”
That is indeed very odd and must be frustrating.
What is strange is that the “register this event with Eventbrite” checkbox should no longer display once you create the event. It should be replaced by “Leave this event associated with eventbrite.com?”.
Can you confirm that this is the case ?
If that isn’t the case, then it means that either:
- An organizer was not input during the Eventbrite ticket creation
- There is a permission issue between Eventbrite and your site
and the ability to create tickets through eventbrite is gone.
Based on this part, my assumption is that option 2 is probably the culprit.
Can you navigate to your WordPress backend and go to Events -> Settings -> Add-ons APIs and tell me what you see under the Eventbrite section ?
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Christin and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us with your question.
We will gladly try to assist you on this topic.is it possible to create 1 Event with 6 different Tickets ?!
Yes, you should be able to create as many tickets as you want for one event.
Or better 1 Event, with 6 different Types of tickets but same stock. I can’t find a solution – i can only create a event and 1 Ticket.
Unfortunately, there is no “global stock” functionality for now. But we are working on it (although I do not have a release date to offer you at this time).
I can’t find a solution – i can only create a event and 1 Ticket.
This is really odd, you should be able to add as many tickets as you want by clicking again on the Add new ticket button. Can you describe what happens when you do that ?
Also, as a first step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ?
Have a great evening!

MemberGood evening Johnni and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us with this question and for the kind words on the RSVP functionality.
We will gladly try to assist you on this topic. Can one person register multiple people and add their data? Meaning, I go in and register 5 people. Can I then add the people I register Names, Emails and Phone numbers?
At the current time, unfortunately the answer is no. Unless you hire one of our recommended customizers or if you feel that you can tackle this on your own reading our read our Themer’s guide as a starting point.
You can also suggest it or cast your vote on other features in our User Voice forum.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great evenng!

We will gladly try to assist you on this topic.
As a first step, could you please <u>provide us with your system information</u> in a private reply ?
Also, if you don’t mind, I would like to have the URL to your website so that I can investigate further (it can also be in a private reply).
In the meantime, if you haven’t already, I recommend reading the primer on Community Tickets.
Have a great evening!

MemberGood evening Stefan and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products and we’ll be glad to answer your questions to the best of our abilities.
Does Event Tickets Plus create a product in Woocommerce for each event?
If yes it is also possible to create product-bundles in Woocommerce based on the ticket-product?Yes, the Event Tickets Plus creates a Woocommerce product for each ticket type added to an event (there could be more than one type of ticket per event)
You could create bundles using the Ticket products, but this would not be built-in behaviour. You would need to remove the default action (adding the product to cart) and program a custom action that would redirect to a bundled product (I’m thinking you would require a custom field to input the URL of the said product).
In other words, it would require some important customization.
To get a sense of what template customization entails, you might want to read our Themer’s guide.
As an alternative, you could discuss this with one of our recommended customizers.
Add multiple names when more tickets are sold
Many customers buy more than one ticket when they register. Is it possible to enter as many names as there are tickets sold (e.g. at checkout)? I read that it is planned for the near future but maybe there are new infos on this. For now I can’t give you a precise release date. But until it is released, you could hire a customizer to do just that.
Filter Bar
Can we change the filter criteria?Yes, you can do a customization for that very purpose. Take a look at the following post on a similar topic.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great evening!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear about the issues you have been experiencing after the upgrade to the Events Tickets Plus.
We will gladly try to assist you to the best of our ability on this topic.
After this change/upgrade all the customizations to these plugins are not showing up on the /events and the /event/event_name pages.
As you might know, we actually do not support template customizations (as the tickets bar and the custom functionality for buddyPress) per se nor can we guarantee that any template customization will work after upgrades. You can see the complete terms here.
I know this is probably frustrating, but it does mean that you are on your own to review your customization, especially after a major upgrade as you just found out.
With that in mind, we still try to point our great customers in the right direction.
Is there a way to get the product page anyway?… Now that Wootickets will soon no longer be available which one I have to use for this?…
To find out what the differences are (there’s just to many to list here) between the wootickets code and the Events tickets plus code, I would start by looking here /plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/views/
My guess is that you can probably write a custom function to do just that.
I have upgraded all plugins to the latest version on my staging server.
Also, perhaps you sent me the system information for your live server ? Because the plugins versions that I see are not updated. As a first step, could you please <u>provide us with your system information</u> of your Staging server in a private reply ?
As a side note if you are in a rush, you might want to work with one of our recommended customizers.
I wish I had a better answer for you today, but this is the extent at which we can provide support on customizations.
Let me know if you need any clarifications on the points above.
Have a great evening

January 27, 2016 at 1:28 pm in reply to: Inconsistent recurring events and no Google Map markers. #1063404Geoff B.
MemberGood afternoon Richard,
Thank you for your answer.
In the future my recommendation, for testing purposes, is to run the tests in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website. That way you do not risk breaking anything.
You are right, the recurring events support in WPML is now at the top of our priority list. I have added this thread to the lot so that you can be notified when it gets done.
As for the Google Map, the problem actually seems to be exclusive to recurring events, and so is likely caused by WPML as well.
If you view this URL: http://marbellaazul.com/events/guided-tour-roman-villa/2016-01-28/ and click google map, when the map loads, click the address bar and hit enter, the url will change slightly, clicking the URL once more and hitting enter will then load a map with the correct pin.
I am not sure this is actually related to WPML (but you might be right).
If you don’t mind, can you try clicking on the Edit venue link in the Edit Event screen for that event ?
This will bring you to the Edit Venue screen. Try to see if checking “Use latitude and longitude” helps and let me know if does.
Have a great day!

January 27, 2016 at 1:09 pm in reply to: Google Maps link not Showing in tool tip or event info page #1063399Geoff B.
MemberGood afternoon Ryan,
Thank you for your answer.
Ok. Hopefully this can be addressed in an update soon as the iCal importer is rendered fairly useless to me otherwise.
I agree that this would be a great feature and I’m sorry this means that the plugin becomes useless to you under these circumstances.
The main technical issue is that iCal’s address format sits on a single line, which makes parsing the data very tentative at best (because everybody will have a different way to go about it).
With that in mind, I have suggested to our dev team to come up with an unsupported code snippet to attempt just that. I cannot commit to a delivery date on this one, but I will absolutely keep you in the loop when it’s released (you could then tweak it to your liking).
Should the google map link appear in the tool tip (after creating the address separately)? Or does the google maps link need to be customized into the toop tip?
Unfortunately no. It will not appear in the tooltip. You will have to go through template customization to achieve that.
As for the example you are referring to in our Themer’s guide this is actually not a screenshot of the tooltip, but rather one of the list view. The good news is that this means you could take the code of the list view as a starting point for your customization.
Take a look at /the-events-calendar/src/views/modules/meta/map.php. As you can see, the map doesn’t have a shortcode but there are actions you can use.
In order to become a map Ninja, you can also have a look at our documentation on the map related functions.
And in case you are looking for an urgent solution, you might want to use one of our recommended customizers.
Let me know if that helps. And I do hope that you can take it live too.
You are not bugging us, it is our job after all to help you to the best of our abilities.
Have a great day!

January 27, 2016 at 12:42 pm in reply to: Cannot save event after an auto-save notice appears #1063386Geoff B.
MemberGood afternoon Miah,
I am sorry that the issue appears to be getting bigger than originally thought.
I understand how frustrating this can be.Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this as fast as possible, so hang in there.
We appreciate your patience. Is it possible that the recurring events are linked to each other and removing the single auto-save we found in the DB is not enough to resolve this?
Yes, actually they are linked together. To simplify, there is one “parent” event and every recurring event is a “child” of that parent event.
They now have multiple events that behave the same way (as if locked) and not all of them are recurring events and there was no auto-save message. Also, this happened after we disables the auto-save feature.
You did not confirm yet, but I am assuming the faulty events are all recurring events, correct ?
I did my due diligence and researched out database for any similar issues reported previously.
The closest thread I could find is the following one.To summarize, it looks like there might be corruption regarding the link between the parent events and the child events.
This could result from a server hiccup during event creation or perhaps if the recurring events were created using the functionality from your “Duplicate Post” plugin (which I would advise against).
Finally, it could be that there is a conflict with either your WordPress theme or one of the plugins you are using.
Could you also please go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
We really need your help. Is there any way to connect with your team over the phone?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide phone or email support based on our terms and conditions.
That being said, we will stay with you until resolution as we understand how important this is.Have a great day!

January 27, 2016 at 12:09 pm in reply to: Edd tickets / event functionality gone after Event Tickets Plus Update #1063359Geoff B.
MemberGood afternoon April,
Thank you for your reply and for clarifying things.
This allows me to guide you through what is happening, what it means and what you can do about it (aka the next steps). You no longer have access to the main events page I’m guessing what used to be http://www.dosemarket.com/dose/ >> I can view this webpage but am not sure if I can edit it
Actually, this is the main Calendar “page”. It’s actually not a real page, it’s being generated by the Events Calendar plugin itself OR (in your case) by the template customization.
Without getting overly technical, I would still recommend reading our Themer’s guide which explains clearly how the customizations are done and where you can tweak them.
Officially we do not offer complete support for customizations (since they can be pretty complicated in certain cases). However, we do try to point our wonderful clients in the right direction to get started on the right foot.
So the short answer is that somebody needs to review the files found in [your-theme-name]/tribe-events and in the functions.php of your WordPress theme to get things back to normal.
The best person to do that would probably the original programmer or if you no longer have access to that person, you can use one of our recommended freelancers.
As an alternative, you could experiment with removing the customization folders from your current theme and see how you like the results.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now, this is pretty much the best one I have.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

January 27, 2016 at 11:50 am in reply to: Not receiving email notifications when people reserve tickets #1063340Geoff B.
MemberGood afternoon Meredith,
Thank you for your replies.
I would like to use the RSVP ticket function since I am not selling tickets, just using the ticket feature to book appointments. Is it possible to receive email notifications when people sign up for RSVP tickets?
You are absolutely right, for booking purposes RSVP usually work better than full-fledged tickets.
That being said, unfortunately notifications do not get sent when an RSVP is being made for now.
This means you will have to use one of the following mitigating measures:- Regularly check on the attendees list manually
- Program (or hire a programmer) to trigger an automatic email once the order status of an RSVP event is set to completed
- Use a free WooCommerce ticket
- Finally, you can even vote and comment on the following feature request from our User Voice forum
I wish I had a better answer, but this is the best one I have for now.
Is there anything else I can help you with ?
Have a great day!
