MemberGood evening Amin,
Thank you for your reply.
You should find the customizations under the /tribe-events folder of your WordPress theme as well as in the functions.php of the theme.
If you haven’t already, reading the following article will prove helpful to figure out how this works: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide
Have a great weekend and let me know if you need help with removing the customizations.

MemberBonsoir Eric,
Merci de me faire savoir si ça fonctionne.
Bon week-end,
Geoffroy

MemberHola Jean,
Thank you for trying to flush the permalink and I’m sorry to hear it didn’t work out for you.
Just our of curiosity did you change the date format for the whole site after creating your recurring events ? The reason I am asking is because I am no longer seeing the 2016-01-30 format.
That could in part explain the weird behaviour (clicking on a past event links to /all)
I have researched it some more and it appears there is a bug with the recurring events and /all.
I cannot commit to a release date yet, but our team is working on the fix and you will be contacted as soon as it’s fixed.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
Have a great day!

MemberGood afternoon Project Helping,
Thank you for looking that up.
After your response I have searched thoroughly in our databases to find possible explanations for the type of issue you are experiencing.First things first, the fact that you are getting “Register this event with Eventbrite” means that the event was somehow disconnected from Eventbrite.
This usually happens when:
- A WordPress template or plugin conflict. Which is why I would recommend you go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
- There are multiple organizers for an event which is creating confusion for the API
- You have hit the Eventbrite API limit (number of times your website tries to communicate with the Eventbrite server in an hour or a day)
- A server hiccup / disconnect
In any case, unfortunately, once an event has been disconnected, it can’t be reconnected by just changing the checkbox. You’ll have to delete that event and recreate a new one. Otherwise, Eventbrite will reject that event.
Could you try the testing for conflicts as a starting point as well as recreating that faulty event ?
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Lori and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products and we’ll be glad to answer your questions.
I am not sure if you are looking to display Events by category or if you are referring to a post category. Could you please confirm ?
If you are looking to display events by category, the good news is that it is absolutely feasible.
I recommend reading the following post on this topic. If that is not the case, could you please provide me with more information on what you are trying to accomplish so that I can in turn answer your question ?
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We will gladly try to assist you on this topic. In case you haven’t already, I recommend reading the following post on this very subject.
To make a long story short, normally by adding and removing the proper capabilities to the different roles listed in the post, you should be able to hide the rebellious information.
Let me know if that helps.

MemberGood evening Melynda and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
I agree with you. It would be nice to be able to select these in the GUI.
In fact you can add your idea and vote for others in our User Voice forum.
That being said, I have great news for you.
<span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>You should be able to hide all of these with some CSS rules added to your WordPress theme.</span>Here’s a snippet of what it should look like

The only part I am unclear on is the currency symbol. Can you tell me which page you are referring to ?
Let me know if that works.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Bark and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear about the change in structured data behaviour. We will gladly try to assist you on this topic.
As a first step, I would recommend reading my colleague Brook’s awesome post on this topic. With some luck, that should do the trick.
In case it doesn’t, could you please <u>provide us with your system information</u> in a private reply ?
I would also need to know if you made any template customization ?
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Stephanie,
Thank you for providing me with the system information.
However, due to our policy, we are actually not allowed to login to clients websites for a variety of reasons (including liability). What I actually meant is providing the system information using the instructions found in this link https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. Sorry about the miscommunication.
As for the website URL since it is protected by a coming soon page, I cannot see what’s missing from the process. Would you happen to have a link to staging/test server by any chance ?
Thank you for your patience and I’m looking forward to helping you resolve this.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Amin,
Thank you for providing the system information.
One thing I did notice (not related to the issue at end) is that your <b>the Events Calendar Pro</b> would require an update (we released a security patch last week) we are now at version 4.0.5
Looking on the events page now I can see that the dots have now gone.
I am not sure what you mean by the “dots” are gone, but I am guessing you can no longer even see the dots that were used to navigate to the events.
As you know, we cannot debug your customization in the scope of our support forums.
At best, we try to get you pointed in the right direction. This leaves you with 2 options:
- Hire one of our recommended customizers to fix the customization
- Manually removing the customizations from your theme. It won’t be the same but at least it will work.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Is there anything else I can help you with ?
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Terry,
Thank you for sending me the extra information requested.
I had a deeper look into your ics file and at your system information.
One thing I did notice, although it might not be related, is that you should consider updating <b>the Events Calendar Pro</b> to the latest version 4.05 as we released a security patch last week.
Other than that, I can’t see anything out of the ordinary in the ics file itself.
If you don’t mind, could you try changing your Events Calendar time zone setting to Use the site wide time-zone everywhere to see if this has an impact ?
If it doesn’t, the next logical step would be to compare events that display correctly from ones that don’t. If you could provide me with a list of examples of each (ideally not daylong ones), that would really help me troubleshoot.
Thank you for your amazing patience and cooperation.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Meredith,
Thank you for your response.
I see where you are coming from. We are sorry to hear this didn’t work out for you.
Just to make sure I did not communicate this improperly, Events Tickets Plus does indeed provide notifications (via WooCommerce), but it does not do so for the RSVP tickets.
The good news is your are fully entitled to a refund if you want one since you are within 30 days of your purchase. To obtain the refund, you just need to follow the procedure described here.
Good luck with your project.
Have a great day!

MemberOne last thing I just forgot.
I would also recommend updating WooCommerce to the latest version while you are at it (on your staging server) since we technically support only the latest version of that as well.

MemberHello again and thank you so much for your answers and understanding.
It’s truly appreciated. With that in mind, I would still like to get you started as previously stated.
<div class=”even bbp-parent-forum-1033594 bbp-parent-topic-1062889 bbp-reply-position-5 user-id-11172 topic-author post-1063520 type-reply status-publish hentry”>
<div class=”bbp-reply-content”>Can you please suggest how can I redirect the user to product page instead of cart page?
</div>
</div>
You might want to try WooCommerce’s documentation on that topic Set a custom add to cart URL to redirect to as starting point.Hopefully it will all not be such a big problem, after the above issue has been tackled. We experienced the same one with WooTickets 2 years ago
That is also another way to go about it, but you’ll have to tweak the code’s function call.
The post_type_link filter part can still be found in /plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Commerce/WooCommerce/Main.php at line 175. I have not done extended research or test on this but perhaps TribeWooTickets should be replaced by something else like tribe_wooticket . Either way, looking at this file you should be able to tweak it to your liking.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Dave,
Thank you for trying to solve issue 3. I am sorry this seems to be creating more confusion.
No worries though we’ll get through this one together. We might just need a bit of trial and error until we find the solution that works in your specific case. Can you try the following link’s suggestion and tell me if that help ?
