    Welcome back Cesar,

    Thank you for your question.

I know that the tables to add tickets are in /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/admin-views/meta-box.php but how do you customize ? Via templates or functions ?

To customize the HTML, the best approach is to customize the template files by following our Themer’s guide .
This will give you total control over what you display to your users.

And since, all the customization is done in your WordPress theme, you can also use your theme’s functions.php to filter out unwanted fields.
On that topic, I recommend reading the following entry in our Knowledge base (required fields for events submission form).

I hope this helps you accomplish exactly what you are looking to do.

Please let me know if you require further assistance on this topic or if you have any other questions.

    Happy holidays!

    Good afternoon Dave,

It’s really nice of you to offer to help speed up the process.

As you can imagine, integration of Exchange will require a substantial amount of lifting on our end.
At this point, we are scoping what that entails exactly and organizing those tasks.

In other words, we have a bunch of things to do on our end before we can get things kicked off.
That being said, the connection to iThemes is really appreciated.

In fact, we might totally take you up on your offer once we are ready to go!

Is there anything else I can help you with ?

    Have a great day!

    Hello Linh,

Welcome back and thank you for your question.

How do I change the font size for the filter options ?

You can change the font size of the filter options by adding custom CSS  to your WordPress theme or Child theme (into your theme’s style.css file).

Here’s an example of what the rule would look like:

I highly recommend reading our Themer’s guide for more detailed information on that topic.

is there a way to keep the options for each filters open instead of having to click on the arrow to open it

    Absolutely you can!

There is a setting that can be found under the “Filters” tab of the “Events settings” ([yoursite]/wp-admin/edit.php?page=tribe-common&tab=filter-view&post_type=tribe_events)

Look for the “Filters Default State” radio button and change it to “Open”. Click on “Save changes” and your filters will now be open by default!

I hope this helps answer your questions. Let me know if you have any other questions on that topic.

    Have fun and happy holidays!

    Good morning Glenn,

Welcome back and thank you for your question.

You are right, Event Rocket is no longer supported since version 4.0.

Also – is this result possible without Event Rocket as I see it has moved to an Unsupported status.

Great news, we just tested out the Photo view in Safari and it works!

Just out of curiosity, which version of the Events Calendar Pro are you using ?
The reason I am asking is because yesterday’s release (4.0.3) solved exactly that issue.

Hopefully this helps sort it out.

Is there anything else I can help you with ?

    Regards,
    Geoff B.

    Good morning Dave!

    Great question.

At the current time iThemes Exchange is not supported by the Event Tickets Plus, but it is definitely on our radar as it is something we are very interested in.
Unfortunately, we can’t provide a clear timeline for that feature at this point.

I would be happy to answer any other questions you might have.

Have a fantastic day and happy holidays!
