At the moment I am using the Ithemes Exchange eCommerce solution (https://ithemes.com/exchange/) and would like to know if i can use this solution with the Event Tickets Pro?

MemberGood morning Dave!
Great question.
At the current time iThemes Exchange is not supported by the Event Tickets Plus, but it is definitely on our radar as it is something we are very interested in.
Unfortunately, we can’t provide a clear timeline for that feature at this point.I would be happy to answer any other questions you might have.
Have a fantastic day and happy holidays!

ParticipantDear Geoff,
Thank you for the update.
Just a crazy question, If I asked the guys at Ithemes to help you guys on this would that help to speed it up? I don’t know if they can of not, but I can always ask.
Have a great holiday
All the Best

MemberGood afternoon Dave,
It’s really nice of you to offer to help speed up the process.
As you can imagine, integration of Exchange will require a substantial amount of lifting on our end.
At this point, we are scoping what that entails exactly and organizing those tasks. In other words, we have a bunch of things to do on our end before we can get things kicked off.
That being said, the connection to iThemes is really appreciated. In fact, we might totally take you up on your offer once we are ready to go!
Is there anything else I can help you with ?
Have a great day!

GuestDear Geoff,
I understand and thank you for the update.
Just two things, can I upgrade my event calendar pro business level to agency level? Plus will I have to get Event Tickets Plus for WooCommence or will it work with all the ones you have listed?
Dave.

MemberGood evening Dave,
Yes absolutely, you can upgrade your license to agency level anytime.
Best of all, this will entitle you to an automatic discount!
You can read all about it here. Please note however agency level licenses are per premium plugin.
In other words, you will need to get a separate agency level license for event ticket plus (if this is what you are looking for). The great news is that the event ticket plus premium plugin now combines all e-commerce platforms under one roof.
That means that when Exchange is added to the list of supported e-commerce solutions, it will automatically be incorporated under the event ticket plus plugin.
Is there anything else I can help you with today ?
Have a great night!

GuestDear Geoff,
Thank you, for that update. Will update the calendar one in a bit.
One more question, could I get a discount for the ticket plus plugin? I don’t need the agency level for that at this moment, just need the business level.
Cheers
Dave.P.S. Its morning for me and I have a long day ahead of me.

MemberGood morning Dave,
Actually, that coupon code gives you 30% off the cart total.
So I guess your best bet is to place one big order 🙂
Have an awesome day and let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

ParticipantDear Geoff,
I just updated the cart and noticed that the ticket plus did not get the discount. Are you sure that is how it works?
Cheers

GuestDear Geoff,
Did you get my last question? It seems that the upgrade is not for the whole cart, or did I do something incorrectly?

ParticipantDear Geoff
Thank you for getting back to me, I was not sure if the last reply went through as I tried to mark it resolved. Which is why I asked the question twice.
Will test it now and get back to you.
Dave.

MemberGood morning Dave,
Based on your last answer, I am assuming the code is not working properly for you.
This is very strange as I have done several successful tests with it.In order to find out what’s going on, could you please provide us (in a private reply) screenshots of your cart page and check out page (with the discount code applied) ?
Hopefully, that way, we’ll be able to pinpoint what’s causing the discount to act up.
Have a great day
Geoff B.
