    Good evening Ross,

    Thank you for writing back!

    To get the text to float to the right of the image, try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

    .tribe-events-list .tribe-events-event-image+div.tribe-events-content {
    width: 48% !important;
    padding-right: 0 !important;
    }

    Can you also please let me know which CSS selector I need to change the
    line-height of body text and the margin-bottom of paragraphs?

    I would recommend the following selectors:

    #tribe-events .tribe-events-content p, .tribe-events-after-html p, .tribe-events-before-html p {
    line-height: 1.4 !important;
    margin: 0 0 40px !important;
    }

    Of course, 1.4 and 40 px are just examples.

    Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Good evening Devon,

    Thank you for writing back and for the system information.

    I agree for that i also getting same error: You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page
    But How Google Map Working fine for USA ?

    That is a great question. I am going out on a limb here, but I believe Google Maps results might be slightly easier to get for US based results. Most probably because of variations in address format.

    Simply put, if Google can’t recognize it, it won’t return a good result.

    Can you tell me if you get better results if you use the exact format found in Google Maps when you search for a specific venue, as suggested in my previous reply ?

    Just to be on the safer side of things, I would recommend making sure your Google Maps API is set up correctly as well: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/

    Other than that I can’t see anything obvious that would prevent the latitude and longitude settings to show up in the Edit Venue screen for you.

    After an update to the latest version of our plugins, if the issue still persists, it looks like there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    1. A conflict with another plugin
    2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
    3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

    A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

    The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.

    Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

    But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    1. Make a backup of your database
    2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

    Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

    Good evening Paul and welcome back!

    I believe your best bet is simply to add the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/ticket-section-responsiveness-on-mobile/#post-1188080

    Let me know how that goes.

    Good evening Alessandro and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!

    Thank you for your interest in our products.
    We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

    The best way to handle translations would be to read the following 2 articles:

    1. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/translating-the-events-calendar/
    2. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/incomplete-translations/

    Furthermore, could you tell me which plugin you are using to support multiple language on your site ?

    Finally, would it be possible to get a link to that site ?

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good afternoon Sarah and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!

    Thank you for your interest in our products.
    We’ll be glad to answer your question.

    What is the best way to go about getting it transferred to our company?

    That is a great question. The short answer is that it depends on the situation and license.

    Would it be possible to get the URL of the website that these licenses were tied to so that I can look it into it ?

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good evening James,

    Thank you for following up on this.

    I am terribly sorry for the flak you have received for this and for the ongoing frustration resulting from this snippet no longer working as it used to.

    Short term, I am afraid that doing a downgrade of our plugins (and perhaps the WooCommerce Membership plugin) back to the last version where the snippet worked properly is the only sure fire way to get things working: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/

    Just to expand, I totally understand where you are coming from and I would love nothing more than for this to be fixe once and for all.

    Furthermore, please know that Modern Tribe takes every single bug and incompatibility that is reported very seriously.

    That being said, keeping up with all the third-party plugins and their integration is no small task.
    To ensure quality does not get sacrificed in the process, we do have to make sure that we address each of these issues by sending them through the complete Dev Cycle, including prioritization.

    As you might guess, as much as we try to, sometimes that results in certain integrations and snippets not getting addressed as fast as everybody would like to.

    With that in mind, we are in the process of putting together an additional team that overviews snippets and extensions.

    I have presented your case to the team in hopes that they can craft a review for this snippet.

    I should know by tomorrow.

    Hang in there!

    Good evening Arnau,

    Awesome! I am glad you were able to solve the UTC issue!

    I still don’t know if it’s problem of WPML (that i deactivated before), i’ll see when i’ll activate again next week. Now when i go to calendar page:
    http://vidameva.cat/tallers/

    I absolutely believe you and I would love to be able to reproduce this on my end.

    Unfortunately, wether I am using the arrows or not, I am unable to reproduce the issue for now.

    Would you mind telling me which browser you are using (and which version)?

    Additionally, could you try with a different browser and tell me if the issue persists on your end ?

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good evening Emil,

    I am sorry this did not yield better results for you.

    I am pretty sure the following snippet removes WooCommerce properly.

    Perhaps you could tweak it (around line 60) and see if it works for you ? https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/adfeedbc908640ba7bbf584e6622b406

    You could also use some CSS to cheat: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/disable-rsvp/#post-1041714

    Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Good evening William and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Is it possible to go back to the month I’m looking at instead?

    Absolutely. To do that, you will need to do a template override of the /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/single-event.php

    Look for the tribe-events-back string.

    You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.

    Basically, you will need to replace echo esc_url( tribe_get_events_link() ); by  /events/month-of-the-currently-viewed-event/

    Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!
